The Jack Man Mat The Jack Man Brought a Tech Marine today... at about 11:00am. It is now 8:45pm. He is painted, nicely I might add, and i'm now basing him. I work fast I think... thats not i once built a chimera and base coated it in under an hour and i was chatting here in the guild at that time Bah. Puny Imperial Guard Tank. No match for the Land Raider. If the 40k universe was real the Chimera would be hauling your a** around

OH, you're talking about the Chimera... still better equipped than the rhino transport of the Space marines...

Probably a radical Xeno-Hunter (Which I'm guessing employs Aliens?). Well, that or a servo skull.

Knowing me... I'd be Chaos Follower... Sure, I love the Emperor, as much as a guy can love a corpse on a large chair... but I'm lazy.

But maybe... the love for the Emperor would spur me on and I'd become a Space Marine. biggrin

Cagalli Yura Attha Lorpon I had a question about the Space Marines. I collect a Space Marine army and so far I have 2 tactical squads and my Force Commander. What should I get next? what chapter, what tactics do you use, and what is the current wargear? Its my own created chapter. My tactics are usually just shooting ( not much more i can do right now) and my brother plays Orks so, Im thinking i need assault squads but I just wanted to get someones opinion.

Get yourself some devastator marines. I'd suggest 2 plasma cannons, and the other 2... depends on who you fight. 3nodding Against orks.. Heavy Bolters are quite nice. But so are missile launchers, due to their option of shooting different rounds.

XRedSamuraiX wash_away DarkElf27 wash_away I just bought commander shrike to back up my emporer's champion so he wouldn't be alone, I didn't know he was for raven guard however. can I still use him in a black templar's army? also what way's do you do to keep from being over run by suppirior number's, I only have one assault squad and two termi squad's and get completly over run (most of the time) any help? Face it; with a SM asrmy, you'll ALWAYS be outnumbered. As to your question, you really need 2 or 3 tactical squads, and drop one of the Termie squads, they're VERY expensive, pointwise. Secondly, make sure your opponent has the same number of points in their force that you do. I know, I going to end up selling my termi's and getting the one's with lighting claw's but first I need to get tactical's and a land raider cruasaider (thank you bt) I personally think the laind raider sounds more preferable by me, but did you make the mistake of of buying terminators with thunder hammers to? no I don't have the one's with thunder hammer's they sounded useless but what should I do with my termi's then?
