mwis-ooh I'm in eighth grade too! crying though this is my first year I got in, last year I had awful tone, and awful teacher, but I had alot of musicality...so much that when I played it didn't really work out all the time...but now I have teh greatest teacher alive....[okay fine next to michelle zukovsky...unless he was lying he'd hand me to her stare ] ^_^ I got in teh orch also biggrin .
gah so much to do X_x; I have two high school auditions [and the songs are both different...for OCHSA its mozart's clarient concerto first two movements, as for LACHSA its weber's first clari concerto] All State convention, chamber music solo piece, chair auditions,tanglewood music camp audition and the all southern orch performance and also the last rehearsal...this is all happening between now and march? not sure about the high school auditions...
its really fun to do...but so much x_X;
I'm thinking of playing cello, I aboslutely love the sound of cello and it'd help me when I get into youth orchestras [if I ever do next year] since I have to follow the style of the strings... sweatdrop

Mwis has anyone noticed that we gaians don't have noses? peculiar, eh? Actually, if you look really closely, you can see a dot that is darker than the avatar's skin color right where the nose should be. Even so, I don't really think it would be a nose, it's probably more like a pimple. "Conductors are so weird gonk " I really agree with you there. But I personally think that martial arts teachers are weirder. My Hapkido teacher is a really big old school nintendo geek, and he has really awesome, somewhat poofy and fluffy hair. He says he's gonna grow his hair as long as mine and put it in two braids like I do. (My hair is almost down to my elbows. I usually wear two braids to my martial arts classes because they don't come out like ponytails do.) In Taekwondo class we were talking about Wii Sports, Spongebob, and Twilight Princess heart heart heart (Link is like super-amazingly hott in that game. I particuarly like the close ups of his face and when he wears no shirt for sumo wrestling.) Yeah, my TKD teacher is a new school gamer. And he's awesome. When I talk about him, I refer to him as "Awesome Steve" and I refer to my Hapkido teacher as "Steve with the Awesome Hair"

Ive only been playing for a few months, i was manager of our band before that, my best friend has been playing for 7 years, she's teaching me. I really think that more schools should have introductory high school band, mine doesnt, so i had to learn super quick! i love it tho, hoping to learn to play flute soon. WooT!
