Jason knew he shouldn't, he knew he should pull away, but it jsut felt so good to be held. He curled into Tim's arms, his head on Tim's shoulder and let a few more tears slide out before nodding, "i would like that." he pulled away and wiped his eyes, smiling a little, "Sorry. didn't mean to be such a cry-baby. maybe David was right, i am mopy when i drink." he pulled out his card and payed for their drinks, "you can get the sushi," he told Tim, to appease him. "let's go, there is a really nice place i know of where we can get some to go. how about we eat at my place? it'll be easier than dealing with chopsticks and soy sauce in the car." he lead the way out to the parking lot, giving David a little wave as they left, and unlocked his car door, "up to you, though."

Jason nodded, "right." they would just eat at his place, then. he opened the doors and waited for Tim to buckle in before heading to his favorite sushi place. "want to stay in the car while i order? you drank a lot, i understand if you want to stay sitting down for a while."

Jason frowned and moved across the car to place his hand over Tim's forehead, "You're warm. i'm sorry, you aren't feeling well, are you? i bet you haven't eaten yet-" he glanced at the sushi place and knew raw fish wasn't the best of ideas when sick, but rice would be good. "i'll be right back, here-" he gave Tim a garbage bag, "if you feel sick, throw up in that." he smiled and kissed the other's forehead before heading into the sushi place and ordering one of their variety packs as well as several rice balls. he got green tea with honey to go and paid for half with Tim's card and half his own, feeling bad for how much he'd gotten. he hurried back to the car when he got their order and gave Tim the tea, "here, sip this. it'll help. i'll try to drive slowly." he smiled a little and backed out of the parking lot, glad his place wasn't far.

Jason smiled, "i am a doctor, you know." he had a small, three bedroom house with two bathrooms, one of the bedrooms having been converted to an office when they had moved in. the second room was locked and left untouched, he hadn't opened that room in months and he didn't plan to. he pulled into his garage and turned off the car before getting out and opening Tim's door for him, their food in one hand. "let's get you to the couch and laying down. i'll get a wash cloth for your head." he held the door to the kitchen open and waited for Tim to go in before hurrying him to a couch and getting the washcloth. he made sure the water was cool before placing it over Tim's face, "here. i'll put the food in the fridge for when you feel better."

Jason frowned a little, but Tim did need something in his stomach. "ok, i got some rice balls, how about we try those first?" he put the sushi in the fridge to keep it fresh and brought the rice balls out. "there is a tuna one, a salmon one and one wrapped in meat that i forget the name of. let's go with the tuna, i think that will be easiest on your stomach. the rice will help soak up what's left in there, so this is better than straight sushi." he took off the wrapping and held the food to Tim's mouth, "here, small bites at first."

Thought he hadn't had enough to make himself drunk, Jason had drank enough for there to be a slight flush when Tim's fingers curled around his hand. he looked away, but Tim didn't let go, holding on with that soft touch as he continued to chew. "T-Tim? he said softly, flushing worse, "do you want me to let go?" there was a bit of rice on the side of his mouth and Jason had the insane urge to lick them away.

Jason shivered, "Tim-" he whispered softly, "Tim if you are teasing me, tell me. i-" he met the other's eyes, "I won't hurt you. I don't want to hurt you so let me know. is this ok?" he moved closer his lips only inches from Tim's, but never looking away from his eyes. "Tim, is this ok?"
