Hmmmm,
-Your Personal Attribute: Genjutsu Expert, as far as I know & heard is not allowed. Please change it to something a bit more basic.
-Your other Personal Attribute: Honed Reflexes should be rewarded to, slightly/ decently increased speed & reaction time.
- Please remove { Brackets } & information in them
Please fix what I have mentioned...Lets see,
- Your weapon would actually weigh about 60 - 70lbs
- You need to expand your Bio/ History to the minimum atleast
- Not sure on the weaknesses either....
Please fix all that I have mentioned....

But she was unprepared for the harsh enviroment. The cold stung her so she clothed baby akatsuki more than herself. She had brought little food and had no money. She was so cold and the baby Akatsuki was crying, She was on her knee's crawling along the road when she saw gates and guards. She crawled over to them and they rushed over when seeing her. She handed them the child and said that his name was Akatsuki and if they could take of him. Then she collasped they rushed her to the hospital but it was already too late. So Akatsuki grew up in Yukigakure, the guard who his mother handed him too adopted him as he had no children of his own. He took care of Akatsuki till he died a few years ago. He entered the academy wants to follow in his footsteps as a shinobi.

Equipment: Your starting equipment may only be 30 projectiles. Explosive notes and wire do not count as projectiles.

Personal Attributes:
1)Unless you sacrifice something, you may only increase your chakra by +20 and not by rank.
2) Chakra requirement cannot be reduced by rank. please choose a specific number by which it is to be reduced by.
Limitations:
Your limitations should read as such: 00/00 = 00/ is the amount of whatever Jutsu that you may have as given to you by both classes and any attribute you may have; /00 is the amount of jutsu out of the total you may learn that you have already learned. Bloodline jutsu and the starting jutsu do not count against the limits that you have.

You can address me at the moment as I am available. Reduce to a specific number means to change it to something like: "Chakra costs for Ninjutsu is reduced by 5." Keep in mind chakra cost can only be reduced to a minimum of 5.
Limitations: simply put, total limitations on one side and the amount that you have learned on the other. In this case one side should have numbers and the other should be at 00.
