Devon pushed himself to his feet. Without thinking about it, he hurled the blade of the Kusarigama at the buttons for the elevator. The blade made a shallow cut through the wall, but enough to make the elevator's buttons ineffective.

Yamato went stiff. "You. Are. Going. To. Regret. That." Yamato walked over to Devon and slammed him against a wall. "I'm going to mess you up, then I'm going to pry those doors open and get out of here."

Devon gasped. Vaguely, he was angry with Naoto for not giving him a proper warning. "Well... You can try..." He managed once he got his breath back.

"Oh, don't worry, I'll be able to get it open." Yamato punched the metal wall, leaving a dent in it. His hand wasn't hurt. "Being chosen by the gods has it's perks." He grinned and started choking Devon.

Yamato groaned and lifted one hand to touch his head.
A man in black appeared and slammed his sword on the ground, shooting a wave of light to stop the Ice.
"Thanks Cain." Yamato turned back to the door.

Serion's tail flicked. "Get it." Devon ordered roughly. Ice rained down in marble-sized pellets throughout the room, and Serion charged at Cain.

Cain grinned and lifted it's sword and swung it, letting out another wave of light.

Serion released other ice spear to block the light.

Cain jumped up and slashed at some of Serion's heads.

Devon pushed off the wall. "It was worth a shot..." He threw the kusarigama at Yamato's back.
Serion slunkto the side, twirling around and knocking Cain out of the air with his tail.
