ANBU is like Jounin+, and then Densetsu is S-Ranked, and then Sannin is basically like S Ranked+.

(( ANBU is more like a profession than an actual rank. ))

She stood in the center of the office dressed in a fine black kimono. Prints of pear blossoms decorated it, each hand stitched in. The garment had been a gift from her clan. She grit her teeth at the memory of that iffy reunion with her family. Aki heaved a sigh, it did not matter anymore. She was the new Kusakage now, her authority stood higher than the lot of them. She smoothed out the sleeves of her kimono and walked to the wide widows behind the desk of the office. The over her home, her village, was splendid. She could see it all. Aki smiled fondly and pressed her fingers to the glass. Suddenly she found her sight not set upon the wooden city but outside the walls a forested region where her house was.

Her heart sank, where was Vrail? She needed him. More than ever. Aki had just lost the twins she was carrying and now with her promotion she was going to need all the help she could get. Slowly she turned from the window and grasped the back of the plush chair before turning it about slightly so she could sit at her desk. The office was very organized and orderly. Upon the desk sat a neat stack of papers. The Kusakage exhaled and began to work. Many of them were messages and blank documents sent by the elders, most suggesting attempting to form or renew alliances. Taking up a pen she set to it.

It was a new time in her life. A new era. And she was ready to face the challenges.

Quen began making his way up to the Kusakage's office. He was a bit nervous. Quen didn't have official business to go to the Kusakage with, he just didn't know where else to go. After graduating the accademy, he knew his training had just begun... but he had no idea where to find a new master. He was told one had been assigned to him, but they had yet to present themselves. After wandering aimlessly through the village, he figgured if anyone could sort this out, it was the Kusakage. As he made his way up the imposing staircase, he began to regret his decision. Certainly he was wasting the Kusakage's precious time just by being in the building.

Through his daydreaming, Quen had lost his bearings. He didn't realize he was nearing the top of the stairs. He now stood infront of the large door that led to the Kusakage's office. Quen took a deep breath and composed himself. He checked his sword and his headband to make sure they were placed properly. After he'd assured himself that he was atleast somewhat presentable, he leaned foward and gave the door a hesitant knock.

"Please come in!" She called from behind a new stack of papers. It seemed like they were multiplying on their own. "Breeding like freaking rabbits I swear!" She mumbled to herself. Aki glanced up to see whom she would be welcoming into her office. The knock had seemed shy, so it may be a young shinobi ready to learn.

EDIT
Before the boy could even fully enter though a man brushed past him and up to her desk. "Madam Kage, this scroll was sent to the jutsu depository but under further review it doesn't appear to be a jutsu scroll. We figured it was best to return to sender." He laughed a little set it on her desk and left. "Oh it's the scroll that I thought could've been a treaty." Aki unrolled it and was met with an intricate seal and not a treaty or jutsu. "How curious." She mumbled and inspected it. It was probably something Arekku had left behind without knowing it. Aki sighed and applied the chakra and neccesarry steps to release whatever was sealed inside.

There was an explosion of white and gray smoke as the scroll flew out of Aki's hands to land on the floor beside her. The smoke billowed out of the seal on the scroll and obscured the area around where it was. After a few minutes, there was a muffled thud and then the sound of rapid coughing.
When the smoke cleared away, Aki would see a man with silvery hair and gold flecked eyes in black trousers and a green trenchcoat sitting on top of where the scroll had landed. One hand was pressed against his head as the man coughed repeatedly.

A squeal escaped her as the scroll flew from her hands. She jumped out of the high back seat and stood behind it as the smoke billowed out. Aki narrowed her eyes at the sound of coughing and slowly the white clouds of smog cleared to reveal a man. "Hello?" She inquired feeling like this man was familiar in some way. Her brow furrowed as she tried to remember. It was sad how short time her memory really was. It was a wonder that she recognized her self when she looked in the mirror. She took up a glass of water from the table and offered it to him. "Here have some water." She said sincerely.

The man continued coughing and held up one hand as he began speaking between coughs.
"Sorry*cough* have to *cough* get the smoke *coughs twice* of the seal out." Every time he coughed, a small puff of white and gray smoke emerged, less each time. When he finally sttled down and was able to breathe without coughing, he stood up on unsteady laegs and looked around. His eyes were watering, another after effect of being sealed away, so he couldn't see what was around him clearly. But he could hear clearly, and could see well enough to recognize the Kusakage's symbol on the woman who had spoken.
Er...not to be rude, but...who are you? And where is Arekku?"

Aki leaned against the desk as she waited for the man to fight his coughing fit. She was curious. Her eyes continuously searching him as he staggered to his feet. Noting that he wobbly on his legs, almost like a new born animal, she offered him the plush leather rolling chair. "I'm Hatake Aki, Hatake by marriage, the current Kusakage. Arekku.. is well gone. I don't know if he's dead, or what. Just gone. I was his assistant when he was Kage. You are?" So he was something that batty Arekku had left behind, she couldn't help but smile at the thought.

The silver haired man grabbed the chair to steady himself as he responded.
"Ronnel Yamanaka, medical Jounin of the village of Kusagakure. At least, I was...." He frowned. He had no idea how long he had been inside of the seal, and it was messing with his sense of time. If this woman had been Arekku's assistant, then she had to have been a Chuunin back then. If she was now the Kusakage, then much time had passed. He narrowed his eyes and wiped at them with one sleeve to clear away the grit in his eyes and looked at her more intently, trying to recognize her. But unfortunately, time had passed and if he had known her face back before being sealed away, there was no way he would recognize her now, years later.
