Well the content in them does but anyway
They're Visual Novels all about erm... things you dear young Zaine are too young to know about.
Aaaaanyway quite a few of them have decent stories and are worth playing mainly because they're not as bad as general anime stories.
Clannad is an Eroge originally I believe just in case you needed to know.
