Okay then we need electric fencing, barbed wire, steel cable, two chains weaved together, railroad spikes, a moat filled with various sharks out of my experiment pen, a 14th century castle, another moat this time filled with a plesioth and several giant sea creatures, then this area must be place in a large desert filled with several cephalos' and a dozen cephadrones...That'll hold him for about 2 hours I'm guessing?

Add in a Great Wyrm Black Dragon and you got two hours. Give or take a few minutes.

A much easier way to hold him.
Throw down an Xbox 360 with Xbox Live Gold and a couple of games.
That'll keep him for a while. Specially if it's a good in depth captivating RPG or such.
