Riane thought about his offer to stay at the castle and decided that it was better than moving from place to place. I'm sure I can find a small cottage near by. I couldn't take up space in their home, it wouldn't feel right. she thought to herself. She stood up from the warm sand and began walking towards the castle. She came up on the wall and looked at the small crowd of people. Then she heard his booming voice. The words scared her and so she pushed through the crowd, to see if it was true. She pushed through the crowd until she was at the very front. She stood just long enough to take in the picture of the man with the wings. She recognized it as the man she had met earlier, but she was frightened now. She turned and pushed her way back out of the circle, her backpack hitting people as she passed. Angry people swore loudly as she passed, but she couldn't hear anything anymore. She ran back to the place she felt most comfortable. The beach.

for some odd, and random reason, Aubry felt hungry. she didn't know why, and she thought it very strange. as she was watching the two gods fight, she remembered the Queen. she turned around and saw her passed out. she walked over there calmly, and looked over her body for any other injuries. finding none, she picked her up, and hurled her over her own shoulder. she started to walk away from all the dust of the dead demons. the more she thought about it, the more she realized that the King was dead, and in his place was a god.
what is with all these gods?!? she thought.

Aubry turned around to find Darren and Jason locked into battle. she was worried whether Darren would win or not. the Queen stirred a little, so she kept walking. at least they would have a ruler. she had no idea where the other Queen was, but she would keep this one safe. that was a promise... and she intended to keep it.

"Little brother?"Jason looked shocked at darren"You really do have a bad Memory,we were all made at the same time you fool"Jason laughed at him mockingly

"Hahahaha,Im suprised you can't remember to be honest"He said to him then looked at the dead corpses round them as they all disintergrated"Thats better"he said to himself

Aubry ran after the cat. she was slower than usual, but she eventually caught up.
"miss, what the hell are you doing?" she asked in an innocent voice. she sat on the roof next to her. she was breathing unevenly, but she didn't really care. she had promised herself that she would keep one royal member safe.
"he doesn't have to be dead you know..." she whispered. "the god that is fighting is the god of creation and destruction. if he can take away Darren, then im sure he can bring him back..."
