Itachi continued to stroke his face, watching him silently,. He knew he was being sentemental and really should stop but..Kisame's skin had a very odd texture and he rather liked the feeling agaisnt his hands so he jsut kept stroking, watching him sleep. he wished he would get better so they could leave

Sasori had stopped by and notified Itachi of what was going on with the poison, and such, before Kisame woke up. In fact, it was around a half-hour after the redhead left that the shark-man awoke. He opened his eyes a little, and then closed them again as he gave off a bit of a yawn. His head was hurting a little, but it wasn't too bad. At least there wasn't that much pain throughout his body, anymore. Until he moved.
Sitting up, Kisame gave a loud grunt and small groan, but didn't lay back down. He realized he had to go to the bathroom. That would've been a walk in the park if he didn't have a hard time getting up, let alone walking. It had taken him that entire hour or so while Itachi was at the meeting to get half-way across the room, which wasn't very far. How long would it be until he could pee?

Itachi looked over at him from his place seated by hte window "you should rest' he said as he slowly came abck over, unaware of hte tohers problem. He couldnt wait until the other was better to leave this place, he hated it here

Kisame shook his head a little, and slowly shifted to swing his legs over the side of the bed. "'Tachi... uhm... could you... help me to the bathroom?" the blue male gave the Uchiha almost an embarrassed look, though he was quite glad the other male was there. "I could probably... make it there... but... it'd take me... a while..." he mumbled.

Itachi bllinked once then gave a nod, standing up and beguning to help hte hsarkman off hte bed, arm over around his waist and having pulled kisame's arm over his shoulder "Sasori says you should be fine by night tomorrow at hte latest" he informed him

"That's a relief..." Kisame mumbled with a small sigh. At the bathroom, he nudge Itachi, letting the other male know he could let go now- at least until he was done in the bathroom. Once let go, he wobbled in and closed the door, before going in to relieve himself. Finishing, he washed his hands, and then wandered out again, leaning on the doorframe to steady himself.
"I know you don't like... staying here for too long... I'm sorry, 'Tachi..." Kisame murmured, frowning thoughtfully to the other male.

Itachi gave a sfot sigh and jsut shook his head, indecating that it was alright "you need to lay down again" he said, then bed had been changed with fresh sheets and he went over to help hte sharkman lay down once again

Kisame frowned a little more, then gave a small nod. He allowed Itachi to help him back into bed. He relaxed with a slow sigh, and yawned a little. "Do you think we could... get a mission with no time limit?" he asked, thinking for a few moments. "If we can... Leader shouldn't have a problem... with us being away from the main base for a while." he looked to his companion, still upset for making the Uchiha unhappy.

Itachi leaned down to brush his hand along hte others cheek very gently "sleep" was all he said but his eyes looked a little warmer t Kisame's trying to make things alright

Kisame made a soft sigh, and a small mumble of 'I don't want to sleep anymore', but, with one last look to Itachi and feeling a bit comforted, he let his eyes close, and his body relax. The pit of his stomach sunk as he thought more on the matter of his health. Even if he was going to be fine, soon, it was still going to take longer then he wanted. And, on top of that, he still was going to have to recover.
"Tachi... We'll leave as soon as I'm better..." the blue man mumbled right before falling asleep again, head turning to the side a little to lean against Itachi's hand.

Itachi gave in and decided he might as well lay down and rest as well. He laid down beside him and closed his eyes and shifted back agaisnt hte other.

Kisame wound up shifting in his sleep. Feeling a heat source other than himself, he wrapped his arms around it, pulling Itachi close and burying his face into the Uchiha's neck. A pleased sigh then escaped his lips, and he soon settled entirely and slipped into a partially deeper sleep.

Itachi sleepily opened one eye then sighed and snuggled back into him, closing hsi eye again and falling asleep. He idnt care that if anyone came in they would not be impresssed adn Leader might be abngry, right then he jsut wnated to sleep and he knew Kisame would sleep better if he was near by

Kisame did sleep better. He felt a lot better by the next time he woke up, and that was sometime around noon. According to Sasori, he would be in the okay that evening. He'd assumed that that meant the poison would've run it's course, but he found that even just laying there, that his strength was returning as well.
They could possibly leave that night, maybe the next morning.
Kisame lay curled around Itachi, comfortable and content. He contemplated on how he was going to ask for a long-term mission for both he and Itachi. He was definitely going to say he hadn't been well, which was why he hadn't been at the last meeting. Maybe he could say that, because of that, he might take a little longer on a mission, but still wanted to get out and do something.
That seemed to have the right tone to it, as every member of the Akatsuki knew to say things carefully, lest Leader-sama got mad. It was uneasy enough going into his office after missions... even when he was in a good mood.
After a bit more of a nap, Kisame finally decided to move again, and was curious to see if Itachi was awake yet. The other male usually woke before he did. Giving the Uchiha a light kiss on the cheek, the shark man slowly pulled away, and sat up. He still got a little dizzy and light-headed, but it wasn't as bad. Glancing back to the other male, he shifted, swung his legs over the side of the bed, and stood.
Wobbling unsteadily, the blue man fell back to sit on the edge of the bed, but grinned a little. Slowly but surely, he was feeling better!

itachi was awake and opened an eye at hte other when he was kissed on hte cheek. he watched him stand and gave a soft hum "your much better" he commented as he rolled onto hsi back and did a full body stretch, showing off his long limbs and stomach before relaxing with a soft sigh "we can leave very soon" he said, obviosuly happy about it butn ot really showingit
