after he got the requirments for the day he ran to the river and slowly injected the poison just under his skin with a senbon.flinching with the insicion he pulled it out and began

placing his hands over the injected poison he gatered up chakra an kept a natural flow gowing and slowly growing around the insicion and you see the poison begin to come out of the insicion

after the seinbon he used a kunia.he coted it in poison and then cut him self with the blade on his leg and kept it wraped for 10 min. then began to heal it

he un wrapped the cut and began to summon up chakra in steady amounts and the poison came out just as easy as cutting his leg, he was over run with joy

he consintrated his chakra and he began to heal the injuries that he had gainded by doing this exercise to his full extent and he sat and ate a quick bannanna and a apple to restore some chakra
