Onijiro approached Hikari and knelt before her.
"That is kind of you..."
He gently stroked her cheek with the back of his right hand.
"...but, the rest of the world isn't so kind."

Hikari gave a soft comferting smile to Onijiro. She didn't know what to say next, so she stood there thinking of how the world treated Onijiro and tried to imagine how he felt.

Onijiro slowly pulled his hand away from her and stood there for a moment, tilting his head down slightly, so that his face was covered by the darkness.

After awhile Hikari asked,"How long have you been a guardian for the princess?"

"Your a traveler? I've always wanted to travel, but didn't have the courage to start, so instead I decided to be a gaurdian for the princess.", Hikari said wondering how it's like to be a traveler.

Watching from the shadows of a rock near the pond, Tai decided the coast was, not so much clear, as not hostile. He then emerged from the shadow and walked over the the pond. Removing all the armor on his left arm, he began flushing the bad blood that had entered his scratch, by comman of Onijiro, outward with the pure water from the pond.
