All Quincy arrows are universally the same. Blue, energy based, pulled from the spirit particles around the Quincy, hence why, as we've been shown in the anime, Quincy are stronger in places like Hueco Mundo, where spirit particles run rampant.

Glad I looked through the forms before posting this
(answered my question about the academy)
However I still have more questions
First and foremost, why are hado/zanjutsu/haduka approval forms locked?
Secondly, what is a "grapple check"?
Lastly, are techniques that switch modifiers allowed?
(i.e. a ranged attack that allowed you to use your Strength mod instead of your Agility mod for damage calculation)

InfinitySol Secondly, what is a "grapple check"? A Grapple Check is what you use when you try to grab onto a part of an opponent's body. If the Grapple check fails, you fail to grab ahold of your opponent, and vice-versa.

Three Questions
1. Is there a system in place to discuss the effects of spiritual gas/pressure on people? Will there be, or is that just something to Rp out (though it seems like something that would have an effect on combat).
2. I saw the part on Kidou where it says it costs 1.5x if you're unmastered. Is there any modifier in place for using the full spell vs just the name with no chant, in regards to effect potency?
3. Would someone use small and patronizing words to explain to me the difference between Reiatsu Sense and Reiatsu Sense Use, cause they look like the same thing to me.

Its your fault for having crappy a** dialup.
1.) There is no specific system in place for spiritual pressure at the moment. Currently, we use a reiatsu check. 1d20+Reiatsu Mod, vs the same roll for them. The winner has the stronger spiritual pressure. With the teachers, etc, they obviously have a higher spiritual pressure. We don't have a penalty system in place, we trust that people will take the cue from what they've seen in the anime.
2.) You have to use the full chant in order to use the spell, unless you're vice captain level, or higher. We say this because so far, we haven't seen anyone (to my memory) use a spell without the chant, except someone of Captain/Vice Captain level. Even Kuukaku Shiba uses the chant, and she's obviously quite strong.
3.) I can't explain that, because only the captain knows. Generally, the recognized difference is that Reiatsu Sense allows you to feel out the reiatsu of others, while RSU allows you to actually make use of your sense, judging how strong someone is, tracking them with their reiatsu, checking for enemies, and so on.

They do need to be verified by a moderator, but you can go ahead and post the journal. That's what I did at least ninja You just have to remember to go and edit anything that needs to be edified wink

Your profile has a few minor mistakes, all of which are made by way too many people :p
For your character's technical statistics, you spend 4 points too many. You start with 8 in each statistic then have 40 points to distribute among the six. I calculate you spent 44.
You also missed the accuracy a bit. When determining the value of accuracy, it's the same as your level. As an example, your bonus to melee attack is 1 + 1 + 2 = 4 (strength modifier + accuracy + zanjutsu modifier).
Finally. You spend way too many points in your character's skills. Based on an intelligence of 16, or a modifier of 3, you would have 3 + 1 = 4 * 4 = 16 points to distribute. You spent 28...
One more edit... Where's the description of your sealed-state zanpakutou? eek

Thanks! I knew I missed up somewhere in the numbers. >_<; It confused me a bit. And the sealed state? Well, I didn't put one up since I figured she would not have one at this point and time as she is considered an academy student. Should I include a sealed-state description?

Actually, Chao, you got that part wrong.
It's 4+3 = 7*4 = 28.
She got that part right. =p
The only places she messed up were her accuracy bonus, and spending 4 more points in her stats than she should have.
