*pokes with stick* I was kinda like that last week. My Gosh have you any idea how Bad the Christian Black Metal Debate could hav been if i had started it last week? .........................There were no survivors...............All that was left was a foot, a belt, and and eyebrow.............................This is a painful reminder to us all, Do Not mess with a woman on her period. Yeah...honestly mine isn't that bad. If I hurt a lot I take advil and then I'm not that bad anymore. However, I found that water helps me a lot. Like watching what I eat and drinking more water really helped me a lot. But I have a friend who's like you Soleri. He pukes everytime she even tried to drink some water. Usually it's bad for her. Oh and remember when I got my wisdom teeth taken out? Yeah I started the day before...so it was like killing to painful things at once, haha. Thank Odin for the meds they gave me.

It's not usually as bad as this. Typically I can take some Advil and be fine.
MegaTherion, you should know that women have x-ray vision, night vision, a heightened sense of smell and twice the amount of adrenaline running through their bodies during our "time", and that's just the shortlist. You can run all you want, but there is nowhere to hide.

My oral surgeon probably raped me while i was getting my teeth extracted. Val knows thisstroy already. Let's just spare the details and say he was a creepy old man who as he was putting me under looked at me and said "Sweet Dreams". *insert retching smilie here*
But I crave lots f cohoclate and i usually don't have cramps that bad, but last week i did. I took 4 Ibprofen and lied down. Sometimes i feel like a dying cow. Preasure seems to help.
Soleri, you sound like my sister. She use to have them SOOO bad, i would go and heat up two heating pads for her, one for the front and one for the back. I laughed at her then, but now i feel sorry for her.
