Neoxis had done the whole over throwing the government thing before, so he had plenty of experience there. "first we should take out the middle ranked soldiers then the top then we take out the king. We shouldnt bother with the lowest ranked, because there as weak as can be. thats what i think we should do, its just my opinion."
