Cal could hear her thoughts clearly, with jaken...In Hell..Wait, didn't HE rule hell now, Cal thought. He thought about it..Cal bit his lip, wondering that if he snapped his fingers like Jaken...Cal snapped his fingers, appearing in the throne room. He glanced around, seeing Emute and Jaken.."Uhh..Im gonna go.."He said, standing.

Jaken couldnt help but still smile. "You are too funny." He stood to his feet and walked over to her. He sat on the bed next to her pulling up his pants a little. He looked at her with his smile still and gentle eyes. "And why is he a backstabber? Is it because of Hecate?" He really wanted to know her story. He was interested.

Emute shrugged, at the fact that he was all 'he was interested.' "Well the fact that they almost ******** eachother in a forest. Then she almost ripped my spine from my back and took my throat with it. He almost killed my bird. Then spat in my face like everything I did was s**t." she said with a sigh. Her head throbbed. "Intrested or not her didnt need to be a b*****d."

Jaken watched her, listening to every detail. "Well... I know it sucks... but you should probably just deal with it. I mean... who cares what he thinks now? I mean, youre not with him anymore." He sighed deeply. "Gawd... what I'm saying is probably just making it worse...." sweatdrop But still he continued on. "Then again... I'm here now. I'm still the ruler since I never really died..." The thought made him chuckle. Taking a deep breath he spread one arm and placed it around Emutes shoulders. Winking, he said in a hopeful tone "Dont worry. It'll be all okay. Just... no revenge. Trust me... it aintworth it hun."

Emute shivered a little. "Um...okay.." she said with another shiver. "Why are you.." she scooted sideways. Touching the touching, she shivered again and again. She was cold? it was hell.....ahhhh what ever.

Hecate's mind filled with thoughts of anger and regret. Yet again she was easily replaced by another. One look at Emute and he didn't even care about her anymore. She was sick of it all. Angry tears ran down her face. She didn't even have Jaken anymore. Hecate grabbed her own arm hard and ripped her claws in her flesh. Hurting herself often helped with her rage but little was suppressed.

*?* Jaken was curious in her behavior. "Are you alright...?" He saw her shivering and got a bit concerned. He then got an idea: He concentrated his body temperature and raised it about six degrees warmer, and pulled Emute close to his chest. He used to do the same with Hecate when she ever got cold.

Emute got red, great she caught the glimpse of hecate. s**t......I'm screwed. The crushing embrace wasn't light by anymeans so she was kind of stuck. The bird was circling hecate. Emute made that face, and was like aw s**t....."um yeah fine..eheheh"

Jaken looked up and there he saw Hecate. A bit of disappointment filled him. I thought we just went over this.... She has Cal now. What more use does she want with me? I mean, isnt she glad that were friends still?? What more does she want?! I cant be her ******** buddy. It's too painful. He deeply sighed and set Emute down. "Excuse me..." He said. He stood and walked over to Hecate, pulling her hand away from her arm. He glared angrily. "What are you doing?! Why do you keep doing this, Hecate?!" He stared at her, trying to figure her out. His gaze and voice gentled. "...Why? Were not together anymore. Its what we both decided. Youre with Cal, and I'm just... here. No ones going to take your place you know. Youre Hecate. But please dont do this if youre just going to get jealous again. I cant handle that. Youre going to just hurt me more and confuse me. Please dont hurt yourself like this. It really hurts. you have Cal. He's your lover. Not me. I'm still going to come see you, okay? Were still the best of friends like we were in the old days... okay?" Jaken gave a warm smile and a hug. He was hoping she would agree.

Cal had been watching them, dumbfounded. He had made a move to help Hecate when she had hurt herself, but Jaken had got there first. Cal listened to what he said.."If only Emute forgived me.."He said, standing and waiting for Jaken and Hecate to finish...He hadn't exactly betrayed her. They had just been friends who were always at each others side. Cal started hanging out with an other girl, so what? Couldnt Hecate be his lover and Emute his best friend?

Hecate pushed Jaken out of her way. Her nails scratached his skin. "Don't think you're that special. This has nothing to do with you." She glared at Emute then Cal. She went up to Cal and grabbed his face roughly. "Go ahead and take her ******** virginity. If you want her that bad." She let him go and stormed of pissed and heartbroken.

Cal stood there a moment, looking back and forth from Hecate and Emute. he sighed, following Hecate. "I wasn't going to Hecate."He said, walking after her and catching up, reaching out to touch her shoulder. "She,"He said, pointing to the room, as they were now in the hall,"Like me...I dont like her.."He said. "I like you..." She can stay a virgin for all I care, he thought.

Emute shrugged. "Girl can't take a joke. I got my revenge it's all good..." she said with a laugh sitting there just watching the hole scenario play out. Her thoughts of laughter, spilling from her brain.

Hecate was trying her best to leave but her attachment held her back. "I've had enough of being the other woman. You wouldn't be able to understand but that's all I've ever been." She glanced at Emute quickly. "If you would be happier with someone else then I must leave now. I can't stand you being near her" She turned away from them. "If you knew who I really was then you'd know why." Hecate signed and headed off once more.
