Crystal nodded, then went to the bathroom to change. After five minutes, she returned, found her pursue and walked out. When she cleared the building, she dug through her pursue for her cell phone. She found it and dialed. "Hello?" came the lovely male voice that she loved. "Hey, Loki, honey. I'm at the hospital. Can-can you pick me up?" she asked, her voice faltering. "Yes, of course!" he said. "I'll be there ina bit." he said hurridly, then hung up. She closed her flip phone and went to sit down on the bench.

About ten minutes later, a Chevy SUV pulled up in front of her. Loki got out of the driver's seat and hurried over to her, hugging her. "Are you ok, hon?" he asked softly in her ear. Crystal shook her head as the tears came. He nodded gravely, then helped her up. "Let's talk about it at my place, ok?" He helped her into the pssenger seat, then got in the driver's and drove off.
