*Djanni, completely oblivious to any implications that Nuku's offer might have, as it is perfectly normal in her country for females to help each other bathe, turns and glances back over her shoulder*

"Hmm? Well, actually, if you would help me wash my back I would truly appreciate it. There is a spot that I can never seem to reach and it vexes me terribly. But it can wait until you get dinner going; after all, I am not going to make everyone wait for me to get cleaned up. Master Perrian must be famished...I will just take the time while you cook to get the tangles out of my hair."

*Djanni gives Di a startled look*

"Di! What has gotten into you? I think you should apologize to Nuku. That was a very harsh thing to say. "

Perrian blinked and remained quiet, thinking it probably wasn't best to get in between these girls and their talking unless he wanted to be short one head or hand. He waited patiently for the food and for the fight between the girls to subside.

"Let's get this party started!" Karythelia sang out as she burst into Nuku's cafe, the grin on her face crooked from ear to ear. X3 Twiriling into a seat, the bard peers up into everyone's faces. "Dang, I feel really short... Anyways, you guys have to tell me the details of this whole episode It's a good thing I seem to be the only bard in town, else someone snatch such an epic beginning away from me."

Fury walks into the Cafe, orders his customary pot of tea, and finds a comfortable spot in the corner from which to observe the conversation. Listening to the odd, discourse between the girls, Fury shakes his head and returns to the more pressing matter of the God's request for champions in the coming battle.

As Perrian finishes his tale, Fury leans forward and adds,"When I got the call from Perrian, I told everyone I could to meet outside the Warehouse. Once there, we divided into teams to assault the premises from three separate entrances, which were guarded by various creatures of nefarious bent. Once we passed the initial defenses, we found the inner area defended by the various specialist challenges from the Individual Tournament; Bakasama, Freeman, Mimiru, Sierra, Evangeline, and Death. After a fast and furious battle, we managed to defeat our opponents; we then moved on to the upper level where we encountered Trucido. He might have proved a more difficult opponent, if not for the presence of the sword now known as Soul Stealer. With it's help, he was quickly eliminated and Perrian freed.

Now these Gods, Shiva and Ra ask us to choose between them and do battle upon their behalf; a battle to decide which God remains and which God is banished. Personally, I prefer to steer the course of destiny as it applies to myself by myself; I do not require the presence or direction of either of these beings to find my purpose. Therefor, I choose to oppose both, and by doing so accept that I must do battle with any who seek to support either of the Gods. It is a difficult choice to go in against those I count as Friend or Family; but it is a choice I feel I must make. If anyone else wishes to take the path of freedom and choice with me, I will be most appreciative of your aid. Together we will send a message to the Gods, a message that says, we are not your pawns or playthings." After his impassioned speech Fury sits back into his chair, in an attempt to relax and enjoy his tea.

She bit her lip thoughtfully, reinforcing the Fury's and Perrian's words into her memory. Miyr was turning into an amazingly fantastical place to record, a battle ground of gods and an epicentre for adventurers. And it was all for her to put to song. Bwah hah hah hah >D

Quickly pushing aside her daydream, Karythelia began. "Well the key to being a memorable and inspiring bard is impartiality. If one hopes to keep the past true, the losing side of a conflict cannot be completely erased from history. The winners are the only ones who will be remembered as they are the ones that write the past and continue with the future. Besides choosing aside means deciding in what you believe is right, I'm not sure if I can believe in something that doesn't really have anything to do with me. So to answer your question Perrian, no I'm not siding with Shiva or Ra. But let's leave this for another day. It's peacefull once more, so let's enjoy what we have untill the next storm arrives."

"Hi everybody!" Bellamin burst through the doors; his hat hitting the door's overhang. "You know, its strange. I've always walked by, but never really looked in..." He looked around before picking up his wizard cone-hat thingy. "What'd I miss?"
