"Finally they left us alone."He said breathing out smoke.
"I know i thought i'd neveer get the chance to sleep."Tony sid yawning he had stayed awake the whole night watching everything. "Ima be asleep."He said and laid on his side to sleep.
Ruby sighed tempted to untie herself completly but they would just catch her again. She took off her bandana and pulled out a small pocket knife she had and started to crave a picture in the ships floor. She happened to be good at drawin but neevr mentioned it. She staretd by drawing Ryo at the wheel of the ship then herself neside him then Tony on Ryos other side. Then Damon with Nikko on his head then Aly with Damons arm around her holding her close. She sighed and put her pocket knife back in her hair and put her bandana back on. She touched the Ruby necklace she still had on. I finally get something beautful i finally have friends im finally having fun. "Ryo why are we introuble we never went and killed peopel we neevr robbed them we never threatened someone we mght had stolen but even non pirates do that. Ive had to steal since i was 6 to live.'She said holding back tears.
Ryo sighed and pulled her closer to him."I know if you ask me we are nice pirates I justw anted to find my dads stuff and sell some of it get a nice place and be happy."
"I hate houses and land."She said putting her head in his lap.
"I noticed."He said stroking her hair.
Damon felt his pockets but anything shrap was gone he sighed then rembered his necklace. He pulled it off it was a minnie sword basicly he made sure his back was to eevryone and cute a line on his stomach slwoly he closed his eyes a small smile on his lips.

Aly sat in her room.
she remebered the day she first joined the royal navy. her parents had told her having a girl in the navy was bad for thier image which was exactly why she did it. then it turned out that she was good at her job. she was promoted and placed in the command of a man who taught her that pirates were the scum of the earth. he gave her the job of going out and arresting piraters by pretending to be one. his philosephy was that even if they hadnt done something bad they inevitably would because they are pirates.
Aly paced around her room for a time. eventually she settled on her cot staring at teh ceiling. hey had a few more days until they would reach port.

(lol in stressful situations and depressed times damon goes emo on everyones a**'s lol XD)
Nikko mewed at him not liking that he was making himself bleed then he got and and went out a window and outside then walked around till he found Aly's room Nikko went in and mewed at her from her window siel.
Damon watched Nikko leave he always did that. He sighed and put his necklace back on and wiped away soe blood licking it off his finger.
Everyone ahd eventaully fallen back asleep but Damon. He sighed and looked at everyone they'd all eb dead soon.

Nikkos mewing woke Aly from her depressed stupor.
"What?" she asked the cat grumpily
(I almost want to make her go *GAsp* is jimmy in the well?!...get it like lassie?) the cat continueed to mow at her and walking through the door and back.
Aly sighed and stood up to follow the cat. the cat led her to the door of the captives. she looked at the cat and bit her lip.
to the gaurds she said
"move aside and let me in" they obliged and she went in.
she saw Damon bleeding
"Damon?! did the gaurds do this to you?!" she demanded trying to keep the panic from her voice. she never had the stomach for blood.

"Be quiet you'll wake up the others."He said wiping the blood and licking it off his finger again. "No they dident they havent come in here. Thanks Nikko."He said sarcasticly. He glanced up at her and lifted his shirt off. "No one did these to me but myself."He said pulling it back down again. He wiped away more blood the bleeding was slowing down now. "Why do you care were gonna be killed as soon as we get back to land.all we ever did was get some treasure and steal.All I ever did was try to not be shy and withdrawn."He said talking more to himself.He picked up nikko who was licking the edge of the cut. "Nikko dont do that."He said kissing him on the nose.

Aly said nothing. she stood up and walked out and then came back with bandages. she covered up his wound saying nothing the whole time.
finally she spoke up
"Look your pirates you steal I lie everybody has thier downsides. this is what i do and i have no choice anymore" she spoke softly with a haunted look in her eyes.
"and its better this way"

she pulled her arm out of his grip and moved away. but she didnt stomp away she sat in front of him and stared at him
"It's better this way" she repeated quietly.
and with that she turned to leave the room.
she remembered last time she disobeyed orders. her boss was a dedicated man who at times could show a much crueler side. she had learned her lesson

Damon sighed and petted Nikko who looked up and mew at him. "Your a little trouble maker."He said and put him under his shirt so that his head popped out. "I love you Nikko."He said pulling his knees up and hugging them while giving Nikko enough room.

(ah i see. by the way if you have anyinteresting ideas for stuff with the gaurds you can control them...except ben hes an actual charrie but anybody else...go ahead because you are probably bored with all your charries tied up.)
Aly walked to her room with her normal cold expression. she got to her room and closed the door before she let her true feelings show.
her eyes were wide as she gently pressed her hand against her lips and her other hand clasping the charm he had given her.

(nah i aint got any just waiting for us to get to land.)
A graud came in and set down dinner for them once again Damon gave it to Nikko who ate it happily.
Ruby and everyone else woke up and ate. "Wonder where were going."She said eating her bread. "That officer smelt like my vodka.....I actually paid for that."She said frowning. She pusherd her plate and went to a rug that was near her she moved it and opened a small door and pulled out a bottle of vodka she then closed everthhing. "Ah hiding spots."She said and opened it taking a long swig. Tony and Ryo looked at her still not getting of she downed that like that.
"Chicks arent supposed to be able to do that."Tony said shaking his ehad.

that night while Aly slept and remebered some more things that she had tried so hard to forget.
her first 'anti pirate mission' as Andrew put it she planted herself amongst a crew nto to different from this one.
and against her better judgment she became friends with them. so much so that when the time for her to arrest them came she wrote to Andrew telling him that they werent bad people they didnt kill or do anything to deserve rotting in prison for years.
his reply was to send men who intercepted the ship. he tortured and killed every single crew member and made her watch. 'this is what they deserve' he told her...
this current mission was only a month afterward...
god she hated reminiscing

Ruby drank the whole bottle and took out her pocket knife and cut off all her ropes then she put her knife back and stood up and rubbed her ankles. She smiled. "Weeeeeeeee."She said spinning in a circle. "God i was so bored."She said letting the alcohol control her for once. "I wanna sing."She said smilign and started to sing rw row row your boat then went to twinkle twinklw little stars then the abc's. Then to many other random songs at leasts he had a vioce so it dident soudn that bad. She spu around as she sung and ended up fallig over and luaghed as she slwoly stood up again while stumbiling.

the gaurds hearing the racket came in and retied a rather drunk ruby.
the next morning
Aly knew what had to be done and she would do it.
it was with that thought that she brought them thier breakfast and sat by the door just like the day before

Ruby opened her eyes."Gah the sun to bright my head ohhhhhhhh my head what happened last night?"
"You got drunker then ive ever seen you then untied tyour self started to spin around singing random songs until the gaurds came in and retied you up."Ryo said eating the food.
"Owwwwie my head."She said holding her ehad. "Dammit i told myself i woudldent do that agian."She said and staretd to eat.
Damon took a piece a bread and ate it then pushed it away. Nikko once again helping himself. "Your gonna get fat."He said petting his ehad.
