Hmm... Let me think of some.
One of them was when I was playing too quiet. Mr. U (the Teacher) told me I have to blow on it harder.
Also, there was that parade I got hit in the back of my head with a trombone.
And, I have a hole in my sweater wrist, so I had a rest. I went to wipe the spit off my mouthpiece (I play trumpet) and the mouthpiece went through it. I had to play with my left hand for the rest of the composition.

Well. It wasn't just me that got the embarrasing thing, it was our whole band...
Every year we go to this band competition for concert band. And we had prepared since January, when the competition, usually is in April. We were ready to go. Larson (Director) gave us this one piece of music that was almost completely trumpet based. And he mentioned aomething about it having to do with JFK I dunno. But we started playing at the comp and it was going good under the last quarter of the piece and the whole thing fell apart, literally. The one trumpet player that held us together, stopped to take a breath and the rest of us didn't know what to do. And then, seeing as the trumpets fell apart everyone else followed. Then, it came back together by the end. We managed to get a 3 somehow. But it was incredibly embarrasing, because we're such a small band and everyone makes fun of us anyway, that just made it better for them, I guess. =

This was our DR for our winter concernt and it was durring school, and the rest of the band besides those in chorus (like me) were there. Well, I was walking along the curtain hurring to get to my seat so I could sit and play. My BD has this little podium thingy that makes her high enough for all of us to see her. and it was sticking out beneath the curtian and being hidden by it just enough to trip someone who was unaware: me. I fell forward flat on my face. My bad knee the corner and it HURT. Thank god no one was laughing...they were feeling sorry for me. sweatdrop

This is my band's most embarrassing moment
We were marching down a road in a competition, we had two songs we played... Land of 1000 dances, and a classical marching song (forgot wat its called). But we were really good until like, just b4 we get to the judges. We were going to play land of 1000 dances. But suddenly, the trumpets started to play the marching song.... Then, we all just stopped playing (except some of the drums). We were all confused... So our drum major said continue to play the marching song... so we did. we got to the judges... and nothing we got like 5th place... we didnt even diserve 5th place. if our teacher saw that, we wouldve died that very second.

I made All-District Band this past year, and at the very end of the concert after our last song, we was supposed to stand ( for the applause) and I forgot about that...and to put it short when I stood up, I dropped my horn in front of everybody. Really embarrassing. On the CD, you can hear this big thud of it crashing to the ground. redface My poor baby.

There is alot of embarrasing moments for me in band...it happened to me all the time. Like slamming into a flute player and being on the ground which felt like forever and when I got up everyone in the stands were starring at me. Then another time when we were playing a pep band song really slow and I played really slow...yeah some how I tend to embarrase myself every year

I'm not in marching band at the moment (Or...never have been. I don't think middle schools do marching. xD), so no trampling and falling over there. But back in 7th grade, a couple years ago, I was playing for a playing test. At home I could hit all the high notes PERFECTLY but when I got into the band room, I couldn't even get up to a high C on my flute. o_o; The BD just kept telling me to blow until I hit it and I never did...he made me keep going instead. xx;;

my most embarrasing band moment was when this drummer (who i use to like... ugh) asked me to get a dollar out of his pocket. not thinking on it (i was having an extream blonde moment and i usually get money out of my friends pockets all the time) so i reach in to get it
me" i can''t find it."
him "keep looking i know it''s in there."
i finally get it after he starts laughing at me and i relize that he wanted me to rub his nuts a little... i''m not too fond of drummers now... i''m dating a baritone player and everytime someone says dollar everyone says "put it in your pocket and ask krista to get it... she''ll do it and you''ll have fun while she looks for it."

(I can't believe i'm telling this)
Well, when I was marching in the Junior Rose Festival parade, we were going past the television camera towards the end of the parade, so my feet were kind of shuffling. And I tripped over the street divider! Right in front of the camera. >.< redface

I was afraid I was gonna get in trouble. whee I really don't like my band teacher, so I shall make my domokun eat her!!!((Yes, I love the domokun smily))

i can't remember if i posted here....oh well
a embarassing moment in band?
well after a seating test for some reason someone sat in my chair so I had to force myself it go to the third row and play...yeah it doesn't seem weird...but i had to stand...my band director was staring at me...I couldn't even play anymore! eversince that day i've learned to grab a chair as fast as you can in the band room! o_o
another embarassing moment was when I use to be in tenth chair last year in sixth grade, for some reason i was the only clarinetist in the second row with first part. So the girl next to me got confused once and said, "why are you playing first part? isn't it hard...it's all high notes" and i gave her a weird look but shrugged and sometimes she'd tell me not to play or play because she got so confused and i was embarassed when our band director asked the first clarinetist to play and i was the only one in the second row playing with the front....so glad i got third chair gonk I can't remember any other embarassing moments...except for my clarinet squeaking like hell in band once.... -miyoko

((this is gonna sound stupid))
My freshman year, I marched bass clarinet, and I was marching backwards during a show on a really messed up field. There were potholes in the field. And I stepped in one. And fell backward.
