Richard was tempted to start jeering at the movie like he was in a theatre, but decided to remain quiet to allow Violet and Satoshi enjoy it. The pizza now cool, he started eating hungrilly as if he had been starving for a few days. He had finished half of the pizza before being full, and accidentally belched...really loudly. "Sorry," he whispered with an embarrassed look.

Violet began to giggle at Richard when the main monster suddenly appeared on the television screen. Violets giggle became a sortof strangled squeal of terror, her head suddenly behind the cushion. Most of her pizza was still sitting in its box, hardly anything seemed to be missing.

Richard covered his mouth to stifle laughter from Violet's sound of terror and nudged her in the side with his free hand. "Aren't you hungry?" he whispered, pointing towards the box. "It'll warm you up from being out in the rain."

Cautiously, Violet opened one eye and looked over the top of the cushion. Smiling faintly she shook her head.
"No i'm alright...i never eat much anymore," she replied with a shrug. When she was at university she'd been too busy studying to think about things like making proper food. With another smile she lowered the pillow and watched the movie, dark hair hanging down around her face.

Richard said nothing, his eyes still on her as she watched the movie. He had noticed she had looked thinner than he remembered; maybe it was a good thing she had decided to come home. College must have been stressful for her.... he noted mentally. Well, he would have to make her time here better than she could ever imagine to make up for allt he toil she had suffered.
Realizing he was staring, he returned his attention to the movie even though his mind was somewhere else entirely.

"You never guessed?" he said as he started crying harder. Angry that she never noticed how he truly felt he began to try and pull frree of her, knowing that all hope was lost. He got up slowly and walked about five paces before falling down on his face passed out. he was breathing softly now and his shirt had been completly torn.

Yumi let out a desperate cry and dived to Jespers side. "Jesper!" she screamed. "Jesper!" She looked around histerically before spotting her car. She ran over to it and swung open the door, dived into the passenger seat and retreieved her phone from the dash board.
She called Richard's number.

His mind was pulled away from his thoughts when his cel phone started vibrating against his hip. Richard gestured to Violet and Satoshi to excuse him, and then pointed at his phone. He went into the kitchen, looking at the screen to see if there was a recognized number. Unrecognized. He had only got the phone maybe a month ago, and so it didn't have the number of anyone here. Pressing the button with the green phone symbol, he whispered a "Hello?"

Violet watched Richard leave, giving Satoshi a puzzled look. leaning forward with a small groan she grabbed the remote and paused the movie for when he returned. While they waited Violet took the time to stretch tidy the table a little, when her dad got back he'd go mental if the house was a mess.

Satoshi looked at Richard and frowned, wondering who it was calling him. Shrugging it off, he slowly got up, stretching with his hands behind his head, and let out a big sigh. He went over to the light switch and flicked it on, so Violet could see what she was cleaning. "Ahh this looks like fun." Satochi said sarcastically, rolling his eyes as he helped Violet clean up.

Laughing Violet replied,
"Its the best part of the evening!" pretending to be upset. The empty boxes and plates were all stacked neatly but she didn't want to interupt Richard on the phone. Deciding to wait until he'd finished she sat back down on the sofa.
"How did the whole travelling thing go by the way? See anything cool?" she asked brightly, beaming up at Satoshi.

"Richard you have to help!" Yumi cried histerically down the phone. "Come to the cafe! Jesper has collapsed and I don't know whats wrong with him!" her whole body was shaking as she said these words, tears spilled down her bright red cheeks.

Satoshi flopped down on the sofa. "Yeah, yeah it was great." He replied. "We basically went on a surfing holiday, it was awesome. What did you get up to?" He asked curiously as he messed up his shaggy brown hair.

Richard's heart jumped in his throat, but composed himself; panicking now would only make the situation worse.
"Alright. Give me a few minutes and I'll be there." He hung up without waiting for a response, and looked at the others with a dire expression on his face. "Jesper's fainted and Yumi doesn't know why or what to do with him. So I'm heading down to the cafe." He glanced at Satoshi in question, guessing he would probably want to come along to comfort Yumi in her distress.

Yumi clicked shut the phone and slid it in her pocket before pulling herself to her feet and slamming shut the door before running shakily back to Jesper. She collapsed at his side and grasped his hand in her own, her whole body tremmbling and the sound of thunder in the distance, the rain still thundering down. "Please me okay," she squeaked, tears pouring down her face. "Please!"
