Maybe even the hours you are usually online (try to adjust them to Pacific Standard Time, just to make it easier) so you can get paired up with someone who will actually be online the same time as you. I usually log on at about 12:30 (9:30AM PST) and I log am on and off Gaia throughout the day, and I have a tendency to go to sleep at about 2:00 (11:00PM PST). I am in eastern time, by the way.
I don't know any kanji really. I can speak a few sentences, and write them out in romaji, but not enough to be considered anything more than "introductory."

My Gaia name is RockinJamz (real name = Jon)
I'm a super beginner for learning japanese but trying to learn a few things here and there on my own.
I can be contacted through Gaia, AIM, or e-mail, just send me a PM to get the info.
I live in CA so I have Pacific Standard Time and I'm online mostly between 8am-11am and after 10pm.
If anyone is willing to help me learn japanese that would be great and I would be very appreciative. Thanks!

2. Begginer... I think. I can read romangi and usually know what it says. My problem is mainly transfering english to Japanese because of the word ordering. I can be bad at that grammer sweatdrop So I'm not sure what to classify me as. I know some words and some I don't. I can onlyy read romangi a tthe moment though.
3. MSN or Gaia I don't really care If anyone has animal crossing I'll do it that way to. Or the wii.
4. I'm in central time in Canada. I'm on quite often unless internet is out or there is no more computers. I get on alot during the day devoting alot of time to the computer. So I can be on whatever whenever what ever works best

2. I guess i am Introductory. maybe beginner. . . probably closer to introductory. I can recognize most hiragana and a few katakana. . . maybe a few kanji. . . probably 10, maybe less.
3. I have a yahoo, and myspace and i can be contacted here.
4. I am not good with time zones so much . . .. I am on the east coast of US. usuall anytime between 2-9pm on weekdays later on weekends. Thats probably about. . .11am-6pm. . . on the west coast. . . umm...
If anyone wants to help me out with the time zone thing it would be appreciated lol.
I've tried to learn alone but i am not well self taught. i feel if someone could guide me through it i would get it quicker.
umm . . . i do know a bit of vocab but i am not good with creating sentences and stuff. . . .Only very very very simple sentences. . . .
I promise i do much better with a teacher though xd
