"Oh.. Ok then... Ran= bad news!! Wonder if those girls know that?? *perks up* I can do other things than rope? Cool!! Maybe this card stuff won't be so bad... but do I really have to work with other people?? Other kids.. especially girls tend to really not like me..."

you must work with them. and their guardians will doubtless warn them of Ran. but you don't have to worry about getting along with them, just so long as you can work with them.

No! Get away!! *As Ran turned to face Franki, his hand shot out and grabbed hold of her arm. His grip was nearly bone crushing and you could feel his fingers digging into the arm. As he looked up at Franki, she would see one eye crying desprately, and the other fading in and out of a deep red light*

::without thinking, she pulls her fist back and decks Ran, hard, across the jaw, snapping:: snap out of it! ::the crushing hold didn't phase her a bit, being used to her brothers getting a little too rough iwth her::

Remmy gasped as she saw the scene ahead, sliding to a stop. "I call upon the power of Fire!" she shouted as she pulled her card out and held it in front of her. She hated it when other people were being hurt, not only BECAUSE they were being hurt but also because it made it harder to use her card. "Firey, binding chains." she muttered, the card going forth to bind around Ran and anchor him to the ground. Remmy knew there was alot more to this than met the eye.

He looked upset at that "But... I don't want to just work with them!! I JUST work around and sometimes with people in school.. I don't need that in my new extracirricular activity! If we are all in this together we should all get along!! Maybe be friends.... I haven't really had friends... it might be nice..." He sighed.. he was being stupid.. they were all dragged into this and he wanted to form some sort of bonding thing! That evil they were gonna fight was more important than his sparatic lonliness!!

*Ran fell back as his jaw was connected with a very hard fist. He fell onto the ground and tried to sit up, but as he did, chains of fire wrapped around him and bound him to the ground. He didn't know what to do or really, what was going on at all. The constant changing from positive to negative really had a bad effect on his memory* W-What's going on?!

Remmy laughed nervously. "Umm, well. It's something only a few people can do. Umm, do you by any chance have a card that says 'The Dark' in English?" she asked, pretty sure the girl did. She walked over to Ran and leaned down. She inspected his face closely. "Split personalities, interesting. I can't let you up though." she said, giving him a sympathetic look.

Come on! Get these things off of me! They're starting to burn! *Ran fought feverishly to get the chains off of him. His mentally was back to normal and all he could think about was getting free* Why am I tied up in the first place?! *He looked to Franki* And why'd you hit me?!
