Touched as she is by his suggestion she shakes her head. A slow, shyly small smile moving across her face. With a boldness that she hopes is something he will find refreshing and new, Charis steps up to him. A hand reaching out to lie on his cheek. Although blushing furiously she stands on her very tiptoes to give his cheek a light kiss. Her voice softly spoken, there is no need to be loud with her lips so close to his ear. "I would rather rest. Its been a long day and we both go home tomorrow, right akri?"

A few dances in front of people? Charis's mind begins to panic, one of the things that she has never done on two feet is dance. She has no idea what it even implies and now shes being asked to do something like that in front of people, some whom she considers to be friends. Yet one look at him and she calms down, he won't let her become too much of an embarrassment and she trusts him, as much as she has ever trusted another person before. Taking his hand in hers, she lets him turn her around, facing him with an intimidated and shy look in her eyes. "You'll have to lead me, akri. I.. I don't know how to dance to these songs."

The first song plays and she is fine for the most part. Able to follow with Seisuke, after a few moments she even begins to hum the song. By the time that the last verse plays she has relaxed to the point that she is smiling at him. When the salsa plays though she actually has to pay attention. The fact that she is trying to dance something that was meant for feet with a fin, makes things just a bit harder for her. Charis has been able to just forget the crowd of people around them. She has been so focused on dancing the steps correctly that she didn't hear any of the whistles or claps. That is until the dance stops and she is left with a huge, deep blush on her face. Looking over to him, she smiles back, though its clear that she needs a break.

At the food table she stays by his side. After their dancing there are quite a few people who keep whispering and looking over at them. Mostly because of how secretive she had been during school. There had been rumors flying around that she had left someone at home, people had heard her talking to someone late a night. Now they're probably assuming that her relationship with him is a bit deeper than it really is. "It was a new experience."

Thank fully he is going out onto the dance floor by himself. Charis is able to watch him dance and sing from the relative safety over by the table. She tilts her head to the side, under her disguise her head-fins flare just a bit. Besides the music and her akri singing she can also hear other conversations. And they're starting to make her really nervous. Besides a students and their families, there are a few 'talent agents' wandering around. People who have been sent by organizations to discover and recruit new blood for their causes.

The song ends and a few people clap, Charis among them. Yet her one eye is a bit distant, obviously distracted. Not by the conversations going on around her, or someone acting suspiciously but because she is talking to Adelaide. Her head is tilted to the side, short hair spilling towards her one ear.

Although she had been distracted during the song, Adelaide had recorded it for her. When Seisuke walks up to her, she is standing alone, her cheeks growing a deeper shade of red every second almost. The song he sang was not blunt but very up front about some feelings. Since no one else is around she can only assume that he meant the song for her. She looks up at him when he comes forward and though still blushing, stands up on tip toe to give his cheek a quick kiss. Only to blink, Adelaide has just whispered a suggestion into her head. His sung display of affection needs some kind of return gesture.

With a quick smile to him she turns to weave her way through the crowds of people, climbing up some stairs to stand behind the dj booth. There she makes a quick request and waits. While being shown what to do and Adelaide is also learning new things, she sneaks glances over at Seisuke, blushing when their gazes might meet. Although she doesn't go out into the middle of the dance floor as he did, the next song plays. Instead of the normal vocal is however, it is Charis who sings the song. Her voice filling the room:

Charis had picked that song so that everyone would be able to dance and pay less attention to her. It didn't work and she ends up being the center of attention again. With her cheeks flaming and doing her best to avoid any direct contact with the people in the room she steps down. Hopefully he would understand what she was trying to say. At the bottom of the stairs though she is met by a tight hug from her akri, looking down while her short hair hides her face from almost everyone. "May we go now... please akri?"

She holds her hand in his and follows his lead without resistance. Only having to get him to make one stop. Her bag of things, books, gifts and clothes is in the changing room, she left it there when changing. Now she goes with him, slightly embarrassed and very nervous all of a sudden. "Akri? I can't stay here. Its your room."
