Here's stuff from wikipedia--SO IT'S NOT LEGIT!
exclaim The show was renewed for a fourth season, which will air in September 2007. For the first time in the show's history a main cast member will not be back. Kate Walsh's character will be transferring to the Grey's Anatomy spin-off, Private Practice.
Former Reunion star, Chyler Leigh, has been offered a multiple episode contract.[citation needed] Leigh guest starred in the final two episodes of season three as Lexie Grey, a new intern and Meredith Grey's younger half-sister.
Tiffani Thiessen is in talks with ABC, after the cancellation of What About Brian, to guest star as Derek's psychiatrist sister, Kathleen.[citation needed]
While the third season's plotlines leave question to the future of several characters on the show, representatives for Isaiah Washington maintain, "We fully expect to be back in the fall," spokesman Howard Bragman said. "The deal's not done but we have no reason to believe he won't be putting on the scrubs." [9]
In the official blog, creator Shonda Rhimes gave a few clues as to plotlines for season four, indicating that Mark Sloan will be given a bigger role and that the aftermath of the finale events for Derek Shepherd and Cristina Yang will be "interesting to watch."[10]
Although rumor has it that the new season will not begin until November, it is scheduled to start in September.

Here's some more from the tvguide.com exclaim Question: I heard yesterday that T.R. Knight will not be returning to Grey's Anatomy next season! What the frak?!— Kim Ausiello: For the last time: T.R. Knight is definitely returning to Grey's next season — and full-time. Anyone who tells you different is a big fat liar. (EW.com, meanwhile, is reporting that Knight will receive $125K per episode, plus a small piece of the show's profits.) The only cast member facing an uncertain future is Isaiah Washington, and I'm hearing that a decision about him could be made within the next week or so.
And moreeeee;; exclaim Question: I love Ava on Grey's Anatomy. Please tell me Elizabeth Reaser is coming back next season!— Emily Ausiello: I'm told it's doubtful, which sucks.

arrow You wrote in the Ausiello Report about Brooke Smith doing a four-episode arc on Weeds. Is there any chance of her returning to Grey's Anatomy next season? After all, Seattle Grace has a spot open for a cardiothoracic surgeon.— Laura Ausiello: I hear they're looking for a guy to fill that particular void.

After all, Seattle Grace has a spot open for a cardiothoracic surgeon.— Laura Ausiello: I hear they're looking for a guy to fill that particular void. crying I don't know how reliable this is but..... Quote: arrow Season 4 will Start in Sept. of 07 and the First Episode is called Change Is Gonna Come.Clara, who is with her two young children, discuss the status of her husband Henry with one of the doctors. Henry has suffered extremely traumatic injuries during a car accident. The doctor says that the only thing holding Henry's head to his body is skin and muscle and that he will surely died very soon, even with surgery. A boy brings a near-dead raccoon to Seattle Grace in the hope they will be able to save it. His father wants his son to grow up and stop living in a make-believe world. Some of the doctors need to deal with new stressed out interns. One of the interns will help deliver a baby.
I'm hearing [that George and Callie's relationship] is proving quite a difficult puzzle for Shonda Rhimes, who is fully aware of the fan backlash over last season's George and Izzie hookup and has been doing quite a few rewrites.

arrow Expect changes to occur in the season premiere as the title is "A Change Is Gonna Come." The premiere will see new interns enter the medical world. One, who is supposed to be named Thomson, helps deliver a baby on the interns' first day on the job. Grey's Anatomy episodes would not be the same without a wacky case. In this episode, the wacky case is that of a young boy bringing his bleeding female raccoon pet to the hospital in the hope a doctor will save her Also, It's not official yet, but According to Aussielo, Chyler Leigh may be season regular next season

arrow Question: I am in desperate need of some Grey's Anatomy scoop: What will happen to George and Callie's relationship? Please tell me that Gizzie is officially dead.— Kenni Ausiello: Well, they're not officially dead, but it's not looking good for the embattled lovebirds after they got eviscerated in a recent focus group. A source close to ABC tells me that George and Izzie polled 95 percent negative, leading one of the 200 or so participants to conclude that, "Gizzie will be dropped." (I hereby take back all the bad stuff I've ever said about focus groups. I love focus groups. Focus groups are awesome.)
arrow Two new interns will be introduced in the season premiere (three if you include Lexie). And they'll have their hands full when a three-car accident sends multiple casualties pouring into Seattle Grace.
Casting News:
Oh god.. Grey's Anatomy has promoted Chyler Leigh (aka Mer's McDreaming half-sis Lexie) to a series regular, an ABC Studios rep confirms.
Grey's 2.0 (aka Private Practice) has tapped KaDee Strickland (The Wedding Bells) to play the administrator of Oceanside Wellness Center. She too will be a series regular.

arrow In addition to all the new interns running around Seattle Grace this fall, we're hearing Shonda Rhimes plans to bring a slightly more mature physician into the Grey's Anatomy mix as well. Producers are currently looking for a male doc around the age of 60 to play a recurring role.
