Kiba looked at Zaku and nodded. "Ok, I'd love to." He said, once again using his 'girly' voice. He knew he would have to be careful. Or he would if hadn't had three glasses of the punch. He looked over to Shikamaru and stuck his tonuge out, basicly saying that he'd already gotten a dance but Shikamaru hadn't. He held out his hand to Zaku and smiled.

Something seems a bit...off with this one. Zaku thought as he took Kibas hand and lead him to the ballroom. "So, what did that other guy do to make you come running back inside?" he asked as he put his hands on 'her' waist.
Shikamaru watched as Kiba was quickly picked up by another guy. It doesn't matter if he's a guy or girl...he attracts people like a moth to the flame. Heh, I guess that makes me a moth. He set down his empty glass and helped himself to some more food, then went and sat down.

"Oh, nothing. He's just not much of a dancer." At least not on a dance floor. He thought with a smile. "And what happened with your dancing partner?"

"She's sitting down at the moment. It seems someone spiked the punch and she's had three or four glasses of it." Zaku said with a smile. "I'm surprised she hasn't passed out." He looked at 'Kita' again. "So, is that really why you came in here or did he try something? Your make-up is smudged." he lightly brushed a finger across 'her' cheek and then her lips.

Kiba smiled at what seemed to be the other's concern. "Oh, I don't mind that I was kissed. I just wanted to dance and he didn't want to. That's all."

He wrapped his arms around 'Kita' more and pulled her closer. "You don't care if some random guy kisses you?" That's good for me then. "I wouldn't say things like that or you may find all the guys coming after you. The fact that you're so cute just will make it better for them."
Shikamaru watched from the table he sat at while the dragon guy flirted with Kiba. So this is what jealousy feels like. He sighed and turned away. I don't think Kiba would do anything...not much anyway. He looked back at the two dancing and felt his eyes narrow as the dragon pulled Kiba closer.

Kiba cocked his head to the side slightly. "How do you he was all that random?" He was laughing at Zaku in his head. And this one really does think I'm a girl. He smiled slightly at Zaku.

"So are you here with him then? I did notice that when you first showed up, he went right over to you. I just assumed it was because you were the only other girl." Not that it matters to me if she's with someone or not. I just have to prove that I'd be better. "If he was here for you and you're not with him now, you must be looking for something more." Zaku ran his fingers over her cheek again.

Kiba shook his head, giggling. "Now, see, you're jumping to things again. I just said that you don't know if he was random or not. We've never met before tonight. But for all you know he could have been my boyfriend." At this Kiba fell into a small fit of giggles. "So, sir-dragon, what can I call you. My name for the night is Kita."

"Well, the faery kept calling me Ryu so I guess that's fine." Great another one with the giggles. Oh well. He smiled, "You do know that dragons have a taste for cute girls like you."
When Shikamaru saw Kiba laughing, he got up from his seat and went to get another drink. His head was very much spinning by the time he finished it, but at this point he didn't care. You're supposed to have fun at parties. Who cares if I'm drunk?

"Then Ryu it is." Kiba smiled. "I'm sorry. I don't usually laugh this much. Just thinking about somethings made me laugh." He raised an eyebrow at the last comment. "Oh, really. Wel, then, should I have to watch out?"

"Well, you do look rather tasty. Let's find out if you are as good as you look." With that Zaku leaned forward and kissed 'Kita', one hand tightened on her waist while the other cupped her cheek.
When Shikamaru saw the dragon kiss his Kiba, he became furious. He wanted to go in there and tear the b*****d apart but instead he went outside. He let out a noise that suited Kiba more than him, then wandered down the path the lead to the labyrinth. When he made it to the center, he sat down on one of the benches beside the small pond. "Damn flirt." He muttered as he dug around in his pocket and pulled out a pack of cigarettes, then lit one. Kiba had gotten him to quit a month ago but he carried a pack around from habit. "Bet he's enjoying himself too." He let out the smoke and looked up at the sky. At least the sky is something that never changes...

Kiba saw Shikamaru out of the corner of his eyes and frowned slightly. He slowly ended the kiss, looking down, to seem embarressed. "Oh...umm...wow..." He muttered.

Kiba nodded, not quite sure what else to do. s**t, this isn't going good. I just hope Shika didn't go back outside. I can't see him... He shivered when she felt 'Ryu's' hand go down his arm.
