Im learning Nunchaku so i decided to find a website with some helpful hints and i came across some engrish xd
Nunchaku has very inconspicuous appearance but it is exceptionally dangerous weapon in skilled hands. The power of strike can come to 800kg / cm2. It is power with could smash without problem bone whether to crush skull! Hereinto using nunchaku is quite spectacular. but training is exceptionally long, arduous and painful. The bruise of knees, elbows, wipe on hands, shoulders and intertrigo of fingers are on the agenda. Especially at persons beginning training. But if someone overcome this and after 0,5 year of training, when the first scheme begin succeed, you forgets about all injuries. And trainings begin make real joy.
Nunchaku is also perfect instrument to practice of concentration, coordination and dexterity. And for advenced person perfect tool to relaxing.
For novice person recommand beginning with training nunchaku (plastic and coated foam) which cann't harms. Personally I think that they are usually lousy quality and don't useful for advanced training, but for novice person's they are ideal. Because beginning training with hard nunchaku could be very discouraging.
