*Sanctum wrapped her in a deep kiss, then pointed out towards the pond and the waterfall* "I've added some plants... got any more suggestions? Or would you like to just start that training you were talking about?"

((There's a sparse amount of trees and plants around the whole area... I forgot to post it, but we had to rip up a lot of them to get the pond in... and there's already a bunch of grass on the ground... but...))

*Sanctum nodded and closed his eyes, letting the pale energy leak out for what seemed the hundredth time in the last few days. The energy spread all around, and right before it hit Elec's feet, he picked her up with one arm and placed her in a sitting position on his shoulder.* "Sorry... I don't know if anything bad happens when this energy touches a person... don't want you sprouting twigs..." *He smiled, eyes still closed, as more trees popped up. He left a clearing towards the other side of the room, where the Elecian hammock had been strung up, for training purposes.* "There... o..oh...." *Sanctum swayed a little, allowed Elec to slip off his shoulder, then grabbed onto hers for a little support. He looked kinda weak, almost unable to hold himself up on his own two legs.*

((So I'm geussing he not going to have any energy tonight lol))

((As a matter of fact, Corruptor, Elec likes to take things slowly, an IC Sanctum doesn't care about sex all that much, thank you. talk2hand mrgreen ))

"No... I'm.. I'm fine... I just... need to rest a bit... then we can start..." *He hobbles over towards the hammock... and then passes out, face first, into a bush that held colorful blue and orange berries.*

((Just remember when you do, lock the door..or you may find alot of people jumping in bed with you blaugh ))

*A shadow clone of Sanctum seems to stand up and out of Sanctum's real body. He looks down at the real Sanctum and clicks his tongue.* "Sorry if I startled you, dear. He does this a lot. I can start training you, though I won't be at top form... I daresay I'm a badly made clone, spawned from hsi sub-consciousness... however, I can get you on the right track while Sanctum rests..."

*He looked back down at the real Sanc* "Nah... not really. He'll recover fine. This has happened a couple times before. Come on." *He lead the way to the clearing*

"OK... the first thing you have to know about Capoeira is that it's going to take a LOT of strength, particularly in the arms, legs, and abs. First thing I want you to do every time you train is do 100 1-armed pushups with one arm, 100 more with the other arm, 200 squats, and 70 upside-down sit ups. Can you do all that?"
