Shikamaru gave him a smile. "Kiba, if I was interested in girls, I would have had a girlfriend by now. Temari's been after me since the Chuuin exams." He ate a bite of his food, "I haven't actually flirted with anyone, so stop worrying and eat."

"I said almost flirting." Kiba grumbbled before biting into his food. he refused to look while he eat his meal. when he was done he leaned back and close his eyes, not once looking at Shikamaru.

Shikamaru finished his own meal then put money on the table. "So, are you going to stay in here or what?" He asked as he got up and stretched. He noticed that the two waitresses from before were gone but thought nothing of it.

Kiba shook his head. He stood up and led the way to the door. When the two were about to leave the two waitresses from before came up. They pushed Kiba back and stood on Shikamaru's sides. They each grabbed an arm, giggling. "Come on, we'll get you a sweet desert. Just come with us." Kiba just sighed, rolled his eyes and waited.

Shikamaru shook his head and pulled his arms free. "Sorry ladies but I'm with someone at the moment. I'm sure you have other people you can go bother." He gave them a hard look, "And I'm not interesting in people who treat my friends like that. Kiba, lets's go." He pushed past the girls and out the door.

Kiba grinned and followed his friend. He turned his head and stuck out his tonuge. He then looked at Shikamaru. "You know, they are going to take that the wrong way. That we are going out."

Disturbing Tale Teller wolf-hime Though he didn't show it, the Uchiha was slightly suprised at the wink. Waving it aside for later, Sasuke piped up, "Have any games all three of us can play?" He asked, getting up to move his chair over to the other two males. Sitting back down he gave another sigh, "Those pills work wonders..."
"I only know how to play Go Fish, so cards won't be any fun!" He said. "Go Fish it is, then, Naruto-chan!" Haku said, smiling. Inside he had a twisted grin that could only come from the partner of the Demon of the Hidden Mist...

Haku smirked on the outside and began shuffling the deck. Dealing out the cards, he looked over at Sasuke for a moment, before shifting back to counting the cards. I saw something the last time we faught... in both of you... I just wonder if I'm right... He thought. "Right, and we don't play with Jack, so i'll set these aside." He picked up the box and popped them back in before picking up his cards and looking at them.
Smiling slightly, Haku put down two sets of two; 3 and 7.
Naruto picked up his own cards, holding them in one hand as a hand rested across his stomach. It was becoming a bit of a habit... Groaning slightly, he sighed, as he had no sets to put down.

Sasuke took a look at his cards before setting a pair down. The pair were Kings in red. "Hn. Who goes first?" Sasuke said as he leaned back slightly in his chair.

Shikamaru only shrugged. "They can think whatever they want. As long as it doesn't trouble me, I don't really care what anyone thinks." He smirked, "You're the one that wanted to hold my hand earlier."

Kiba just shrugged. "That was when the girls were after me. And besides it was only a ploy and a joke. I didn't think you would hold my hand. And I was right, wasn't I?"

Kiba just raised an eyebrow in chalange at the other's look. "Yeah. It's like they all left. Maybe they all decied that they'd reather have each other on v-day then a bunch of shallow jerks. And I was just repeating what I heard Sakura and INo say about Naruto, Sasuke, you and Choji."

"Like I said, I don't care what anyone thinks." Shikamaru repeated, then turned down the road that would bring him near the field he liked to lie in and enjoy the clouds. "Akamaru doesn't seem to be picking up on anyones scent."

Kiba looked down at his dog and shook his head. "Nope. Or, he's not telling us. But I don't smell anyone else." He pet his dog and looked over at Shikamaru. "You know, I think this is the longest I've ever spent with you outside of the acamady and any training."
