Unfortunately the dryer sheets were not biodegradable and caused widespread pollution.

Fortunately the rare fish in the Reclamation Facility ADORED them, causing their population to grow at very fast rate.

Unfortunately Bob likes sea food. Alot. There wern't enuf fish to satisfy his hunger. Now they're all gone.

Unfortunately the mermaids were discovered and captured so they could be put on display in various zoos and studied by scientists.

Unfortunately, figuring the mermaids were a rare delicacy, being both Gaian and watermeat in one meal, UFO 05 got excited and abducted, then cooked them all up!

Fortunately, there were still some mermaids who weren't released in the zoos who originally captured them. The mermaids were successfully rehabilitated and were able to have some returned to the wild.

Unfortunately, the mermaids had now transferred a virus that only mermaids were immune to.
