this might be of good use, think of your body as a bullet, in order for the bullet to be shot, it must have enough energy to back it and shoot it out of the barrel. if you think of it that way, just try to get that energy to back it, thats all i can think of at the moment

Nyoro jumped back to her feet and threw up her arms victoriously.
