I told this to you in person, but I'll say it again here for emphasis:
Your description of DV's movements is wonderful. I can clearly see the scene, and even though there isn't much revealing dialogue, you can already get a good sense of his character. The real question is, what side will he be on?
Speaking of sides, the tension between a unit that supposed to be, well, united, is delicious. They're just ripe for a threat to come and tear them apart. Teamwork, people!
My character is clearly not a charismatic leader. xd

I like the description of the tension in the group, and the creepy addition that the group is being watched (and by whom). It makes me wonder what everyone is really working towards, and makes the 'rescue mission' much bigger. heart

I love how everyone is kind of coupled off. There's Kyraa and Danti, Alliance and Blue, DV and William...... You're beginning to see relationships between the characters more clearly now.
Romuels character sort of surprised me. She's always portrayed as being oblivious the the violence that goes on in her church. Usagi I expected, since Mory's mom had been mentioned earlier.

Katane Romuels character sort of surprised me. She's always portrayed as being oblivious the the violence that goes on in her church. Part of the point is that these are NOT the same characters as the ones in the Church and Society. I'm portraying them both as I see them and as I need them in order to advance the plot. So Romuel the Seer is not the same as Saint Rommy - though they may have some things in common simply because of my perceptions.

The character interaction is stellar, as always. For once, I'm not bothered by the introduction of yet more characters, because the relationships between the zillions we already have are now clear. 3nodding I'm interested to find out what happens once the party reaches Highguard, and what complications to their mission could happen on the way.

I was sorta awaiting Romuel's entrance sooner or later.
And the additions of Deep Vermillion, Meghan, and Usagi suprised me.
I'm suprised that you can actually keep a story up and running. xD
Mine usually die in a day due to the lack of thought I had the day of writing it.
