The pair that introduced me to yaoi was Joey/Seto from Yu-gi-oh but my first supported pairing was Snape/Remus. I love them xd

 Yeah well it was during my obsession over HP and just finding one picture of it sparked this interest. It wasn't this picture but well this artist rocks.

Hmm... I think it was Kakashi/Iruka from Naruto. I still love it!! My first yaoi couple in actual yaoi manga/anime... I don't remember. ^^;

The first pairing I liked was Boromir/Faramir. And soon after that, Sirius/Remus and Snape/Remus. I began to read Harry Potter only to know who they are! So I've read HP slash before HP. xd

well Shuichi/Yuki got me into guy x guy pairings and i mostly read/watched shonen ai
but the first actual "yaoi" couple was Misaki/Usami

Sasuke and Naruto (NaruSasu) from Naruto.
Before I even knew the show, or anime, I stumbled across this story that seemed really well-written and interesting. (Chasing Naruto, it's a GREAT story!!) So I kept reading, and I thought it was just a great story. Then one night I'm watching TV, see Naruto, and I'm like "Huh... he's familiar" Then I see Sasuke. And then Sakura. And... yeah, you get the idea.
Pretty soon I'd realized that it wasn't just a story, and am on ff.net going crazy over NaruSasuNaru. XD

My first yaoi couple was Riku/Sora. I was just randomly reading some yaoi fic called Hey Roxas, which was based on the story Hey Cinderella. The Riku/Sora was the first couple introduced there. It was the fanfic itself that got me into yaoi.

I don't quite remember my first couple, but I have a strong feeling it's something like Rei/Akira from Our Kingdom. That was the first real yaoi manga I've ever read.
