I only have novels XD Borders and Barnes and Noble both Stock Comic Book Trade Paperbacks (several issues of a given series compiled into one). They can be located near the Manga section and can cost anywhere from $9.99 to 19.99 for standard paperback stuff and hardcovers and larger series can go for $24.99 on up to $99.00 for the "Absolute"(A giant sized hardcover collectors edition, complete with author notes, sketches, and more) editions of The best selling series. I recommend the Sandman Series by Neil Gaiman (AMAZING writer) for fantasy weaved with modern day fiction and some DC history as well.

I like Compelations as you get entire story arcs and dont have to worry about cliff hangers.
