"Nice to meet you. Also, you should be careful as well. My first lesson to anyone..never underestimate." She smirked, laughing in her head and thoughts that line had brought back. And speaking of weapon of choice..this wouldn't be her first weapon of choice, but it was handy. She actually had many rods, hundreds. All elemental, and duplicates in case one was ruined..as a gift.
Her smirk soon faded as she raised her rod, her eyes watching his. "You first.." She muttered, pacing herself for an attack.

She easily side-stepped the kick, turning on the ball of her foot in the process. As she swung around, the metal rod swung back towards his own stomach like a baseball bat. This used to give more force as he would have to slide through the rod, as well as deal with her own force she added to the impact.

*his eyes widened, bending back as far as he could, doing a bridge with his body as her rod passed over her, then flipped onto his hands, aiming a kick at her chin before landing back onto his feet*

During this time, she had slipped a silver ring over her thumb; a ring of teleportation. Though it wasn't the best; only teleporting the wearer within a few hundred yards. Smirking to herself, she used the ring to appear behind him once landing on his feet. She snickered in her mind, bringing her rod around once more, shoving it around to meet with his lower spine.

*he looked behind him, seeing she had appeared behind him and disappeared himself, the rod just barely nicking him a little. he reappeared away from her, back in his stance* "so you can teleport too?"

"Of course.." She mumbled, crouching down once more. In the blink of an eye, her rod soon changed into a tiny silver ball, which she quickly stuffed into a pocket of her belt; that belt containing hundreds of many different colored balls of the same size. With a light sigh, she pulled up her hood with one hand, the other unsheathing a silver-plated dagger as she waited for his next attack.

"You first, darling.." She smirked, once again crouching in wait. A shock of pain shot through her leg, having been in this position for too long at a time. Her smirk turned turned to a sneer as she bit her bottom lip to keep her emotions to herself.

*he started things off easily with a small blast of fire at her stomach, then ran towards her, jumping up to aim a kick at her head*

Immediately following, her eyes shot into a blood thirsty red as her back straightened. Large bat-like wings, almost too big for her average size, stretched out from her back. She jumped into the air to avoid the fire and his kick. Landing on her feet once more, she whipped around, releasing the silver-plated dagger in his direction. Pausing for a moment, she waited for his cry of pain.

*His eyes widened at her sudden transformation, seeing her wings sprout out from her, which didn't give him much time to react, but he rolled out of the way, feeling the blade cut across his arm. once he landed back on his feet, he clutched his arm tightly, blood seeping through it, then glared at her, his hands growing more intensely on fire now*

She fully turned to face him, a wide, twisted smile over her eyes, matching well with her crazed, blood-thirsting red eyes. A light laugh sounded behind her lips as she drew her dagger back to her, catching the hilt through mid air. Folding her wings against her back, she seemed quite amused with how surprised he seemed of her new form. "You like it?" She asked smugly, motioning towards her fangs, flashing them off to him.

Standing there, she turned from him and poked a couple of the balls curiously. "Interesting.." She muttered to herself once more, looking up to him. "What do you suppose these shall do?" Smirking, she unsheathed yet another silver-plated dagger. All she did was stand, wait, and watch him carefully. She figured he was trying something with these balls of fire and decided to wait until he actually tried attacking, quite interested in what the balls would do.
