"Listen, go back to where you came from and leave me alone, or else!" the man demanded.

"y.. yeah" she said to him wiping some dirt off her face.. she still had her doll thankfuly
"I jsut wanted my doll back" she said to the dirt man

"Well you've got it! NOW LEAVE!" The man demanded, pulling a large rock from the earth and hurling it at them.
Guan dived to the side to avoid the rock, pulling Ukaia along with him. "Let's go. I'm sure that your brother is fine."

Uakai squeeked and then stared back at the woods
"But.. bai" she said and bit her lip.
"Can we come back when he's asleep agian?" she asked in a tiney voice as she let him lead her away

"If Bai doesn't find his way home tonight I'll help you find him tomorrow, alright?" Guan said, lifting Ukaia into his arms and sprinting through the trees at a rather impressive speed.
The man hurls one more rock, which smashes a tree up but otherwise does no harm, before sinking back into the earth to sleep some more.

She nodded then muttered
"Somone's cranky before nap time's over" she said. But she remained hhuddled aginst Guan. She had a bad feelign about Bai missing.. she sighe but with him awake they coudln't go back there yet..
She uncocniously layed her head aginst tuan.. and then realized it.. Again.. she'd been protected and helped and saved again.. her ears fell. He'd nearly been hurt because of her and he'd protected her..
"I'm worthelss" she muttered into her doll.. not realizing she said it outloud..

"You're a healer aren't you?" Guan asked as he slowed down once they were a decent way from the man. "Healing's more difficult than fighting. It always has been. Anyone who can heal is far from useless."

Ukaai blinked then grimiced internally she haden't ment for him to hear that.
"It' snot good enough" was all she said
"Thank you for finding oneka.. " she added as she looked at her firlthy doll
"he needs some serious cleaning.. then i wanna go back after Bai.. i have a funny feeling about this." she sighed quietly

"i.. would like that"s he said quietly It was tempting to ask to sleep with him tonight.but she didn't want to be a bigger bother then she was
"My own teacher gave me a lesson and i haven't seen him exept when he droppe doff vincet
' she said with a sigh. it felt good actually to be carried.. Her head rested on his chest and her eyes started to drift closed. Not hat she ment to. but..

Ukaia came back here and sighed a bit streching her back a little. she was attempting to limber up a touch before he arrived

"Are there any kind of cloths i should be wering specificaly. I went with tight but comfortable" she said to him watching. She actually doubted he'd match what her original tranig was like. Even if he broke her bones she knew of worse things to happen to a body. And had experinced them.
