Baku turned to see the young shinobi speaking to him. His eyes locked onto the headband, spotting the mark of Kiri. An arched brow curved as a slight smirk curved over his twisted lips. A clawed hand picked the boy by the back of his collar as he hoisted him upwards. His eyes locked onto the child's being as he studied him. "How did you find your way to our city?"
Baku did not give him the chance to answer as he placed his hand on his forehead. "Sennou Jutsu." Baku forced his chakra into the boy's mind, dampening the lobes of memory to the point where he would not remember the way to the city. "From now on, you will take orders from me. And my first order is, you will not come back nor remember the way to this city unless ordered to. If questioned, you will reply with 'I do not remember'." Baku threw the boy to his assistant and he vanished.

Baku stood and placed scrolls within his robes and he looked out on the horizon. "Nibi...." He said as he vanished.

Kujira sighed, having long ago finished his bottle. "To hell with this. Time to run some recon..." He pulled out a scroll, summoning a single Kabuki, dressed in traditional Sand clothing. "Let's do this." He closed his eye, concentrating, and the Kabuki disappeared, heading for Sand.
