Silva was walking along the water edge, a cigarette hanging out of his mouth when he noticed her crying. "Whats up?" He put out he cigarette.

Silva, I can't *cough cough* block it with my water-powers, it'll cut off my oxyegn. and if I don't inhale then I don't breathe, and if I don't breath I could die from lack of oxy...*cough*...gen, just put it out....
*His thoughts off it being put out suddenly channeled into energy and covered the cigarette, putting it out*
There...a bit better...but the chemicals are still in the air....must get rid of them....
*The chemicals of the cigarette were suddenly gone, he could tell because of the way the air smelled and tasted*
(Yes, you CAN taste air, so don't say you can't.)

Use those, it'll feel just like smoking, only it won't harm others, if you don't wanna quit smoking just keep using the same strength of it, it'll also do less harm to your system.
