my director gave me a bunch of names til one stuck to me, so far its been Monchichi for a while now. its funny, i got that name because he said i looked like one, and i didnt know what the hell it was till one of my friends looked it up, its a lil chibi monkey lol, the internet also had condoms with the monkey on it, which is pretty funny when we saw. anyways thats my name, monchichi blaugh

the guys in band class are calling me nicknames ALL THE TIME! For some reason, the only names I can remember are bassoon man. I've also been called Bobobo before that when I played only the oboe.

haha in my old band they used to call me saxy instead of sexy cuz i played the sax!! but its halarious my frends nickname is p***s!! its cuz i guess last year he was sleeping & a possum crawled into his room sum how, got into his bed & bit him in the p***s!! rofl so now they call him p***s!! lol rotflmao rofl

I'm the trumpet nazi, and our oboe player has garnered the monicker "The Littlest Oboe" (reference to an old TV show)

My nickname in band was french whore, due to the fact that I played the french horn. I was also known a Mrs. Rasmussen, because I dated a well known flute player with the last name of rasmussen. (we are engaged, BTW.)

They also called me Butch. I'm not a very big girl, but I play large insturments. lol.

sweatdrop well ok, my band teacher sometimes calls me gunk eyes, since i sometimes wear eyeliner, my friend jon "afro" since he's go curly, and puffy hair blaugh . and my other friend named jose, his is spikey, because he's got spikey hair. not really funny, but yeah just telling.

Band nicknames. . .
1.) Scott is Beans or LB
2.) Smackfest or Baby Smack or Little Smack--Eric, who inherited the nickname Smackfest from his older brother
3.) Dean-o -- Nick
4.) Prudence -- Brendan. He was named by another alto who had no idea what the word means. It does not describe him at all.
5.) Kevin-- Adam L. Not sure where this came from, but that's the mellophones for ya.
6.) Satan-- Adam W. Drill instructor. 'Nuff said.
7.) Superman-- Adam J. He always wears his Superman shirt, and that's all our visual instructor can see from the tower.
8.) SuperTim-- Tim wore a Superman shirt before Adam's time.
That's all I can think of at the moment. . .

Im one of the guys, being one of three brass players is fun, especially when you can pick up heavier objects than some of the guys, cool but im a french horn player, and i love every minute of it.(Except when my band director tells the horns to be men and play louder then i get pissed stressed )

my band nickname is...Crocker!!. Because i Listen to Rock Music and I go to Church so thats what they Call me wich is incredebly stupid.(C-Christian and the rest is Rocker)
