Demon_of_Death230 Dragon Con is a sci-fi/gamers (RPG) type of convention. It's really big. It will be the first nonanime convention that i have been to. But what I think is so cool about it is it has a lot of different costume play events including a parade. whee Also they have live bands perform there. cool So i plan to go and do a lot of star wars costume play there. ninja
At least she knows a few different animes^.^ lol whee

mimisi_setsuai cherrybluesky mimisi_setsuai Demon_of_Death230 yea I always have issues with finding rides to conventions too sweatdrop like i still need to find a ride to Dragon Con confused But at least there is going to be an anme convention close by where i live this year cool
Also, some things are gifs, but they don't move. Just like a JPG or BMP 3nodding So that could be part of it 3nodding
@Cherry: Awwe sad heart Mimisi feels you pain gonk lol^.^ The one by mimisi is about 30 mins to an hour long drive away, which isn't very far, except that it's in Austin which is huge and busy. So yeah confused Wouldn't want to go there by myself. lol^.^
And it can be confusing confused I know my way around it a tiny bit, but the problem with me is that I learn my way around things by buildings, not streets, so I'd be pretty screwed if I was going around and they had started constrution or a new building or something gonk lol^.^
At least with these small towns when you say "You know, that jack in the box? Up the road from that." They usually know where you mean. Austin probably has a billion jack in the boxes gonk

cherrybluesky I'm pretty much the same way. I'm totally horrendous at reembering streets. Even if people ask me where I live, I say "One block away from the walgreens downtown". So anytime were were in Austin, I'd have no idea where we were until we got to the school. *lol* It was even worse when I would visit my brother when he went to MIT in Boston. I could never remember all of those small towns, but once I'd see specific buildings, I'd know exactly where we were. Maybe I shouldn't travel by myself? blaugh

Yes i had a great time yesterday, I had a cook out with like 20 people there, friends and family, then we played some volleyball and bat mitten, and just enjoyed out selves, then around 10 there was 7 of us and went to the bar, i got hit on, haha and some guy keep buying me alot of drinks, I was pretty much messed up, but it was fun
