Rape Me Tender

Alexander would merely nod as she explained about the chicken, William, and it's love of attention. In truth those details did not matter much to the elderly man. No, of course they would not. It would be wrong to appear rude to the girl though. Instead the man would smile warmly at her offer to preform again. A soft shake of the head was prepared but never given. For as she spoke of not doining so well with other animals, Alexander's mind was in the works. Could he have a possible use for this girl? Adrian would most likely not approve of such a course of action, the man was quite intelligent in political matters. Still, this girl could have her own uses.

"Actually, I do perhaps have a place I would love for you to preform. Laburnum to be exact, that is if you do not mind travel? I could tell you the details in only a few minutes if you wish it so?"

How much would he tell her though? Adrian would surely have kept the details to a bare minimal as much as possible. Yet that is where the man excelled over Alexander, the need to be sneaky. The elderly man would just rathered to tell this girl everything and send her on her way. Yet that could not be a good idea, despite the girl's apparent mental instabilitys. There would be a time to figure this part out later.

"Laburnum?" Clet glanced down at her shoes, at William, then let go of The Third to give the other rooster a chance to be stroked. "I don't know...unless you have another horsie, we'd have to walk. But I don't think any of us would mind..."

She looked around at her chickens, as though seeking confirmation.

"We'll do it, but you'll have to get us there. We don't know the way," she explained, with a simple-minded grin.

"We'll do it, but you'll have to get us there. We don't know the way."

Alexander would listen and nod at this. Yet his right eyebrow remained extended upward as he witnessed a silence conversation between the girl and her chickens. Yet this moment would pass. Right gauntlet-covered hand would once more rise to grip the rein as left came down upon the pommel. A slight tug would break the stallion about face in the direction it had come, releiving the animal of the impatience that had forced it to prod at the ground.

"Well then, follow me to my mansion? I will explain everything once we arrive, as well as provide you with horse and map."

Barely a second would be given in response. The girl had consented to preforming in Laburnum so easily? Could she be a spy of the king sent to whatch over him. She might have noticed the elderly man glancing over his shoulder at her awkardly, looking her up and down for an instant. That was all that was needed to discover she was indeed not the type. People could fake many things, but Alex doubted that anyone could fake something such as this girl's 'ability' with the chickens. Thus eyes would avert once more to the ground before him, his hand tugging just a bit tighter on the rein to speed up the horse's walk.

Clet nodded, and began walking after him, her chickens following behind her. Except for William; he was in her arms. She didn't suspect Alexander of any sort of trickery; that just wasn't in her nature. Clet always assumed the best of everyone, because they always seemed to be the best, unless they seemed to be otherwise, in which case it was worse.

She grinned at the old man as he glanced back at her. Seeing new places would be fun!

YES!! AIR SPIRITS *dances frantically* I wanna see them soooooo bad!!!

Theodore walked with Ippi to the directed location, and there inside the building was a large carriage. It had no wheels, or horses. Instead, small blue wisps of cloud were underneath it. In front where the horses would be lashed to, there was (what looked like) a smallish blue coatl.

Theodore blinked a couple of times and walked over to the counter.

How much to charter this carriage to Kumori?

The spirits around the carriage stirred for a second, then stopped.

Kumori? Why would you go there?

I've got a friend in Kumori. I haven't seen him for almost twenty years.

Do you know what's supposed to be over there?

He shook his head and made his best guess.

Houses?

As I understand it, that is the city where the Temple of Darkness lies.

Oooh, how delightfully ominous.

Theodore grinned and looked at Ippi, trying to see her reaction.

If you want to go there, it'll cost ya somewhere around a hundred gold pieces. Or the equivalent in items.

It was not a very long walk back to Alexander's mansion. No, not at all, the man had only been gone about twenty minutes at the most. Yet it seemed that Helen had found something new to complain about while he was gone. For as Alex and Clet entered the gate, the women ran out of the house. With both hands working on holding her skirt up, her long hair flying behind her, it could not possibly have been more entertaining. Were it not for the redness of her face and the particular set of her jaw. Clet would be forced to hear a weary sigh excape from the elderly man as he greeted his maid, the one who actually wore the pants in the household.

"What is it-"

He would not even be given time to speak before the women reached them. Almost as soon as she was able to stop, let go of her skirts and breath deeply, she flew into him.

"M'lord, what were you thinking to go out without telling me!? I looked all over the house to bring you another glass of tea!"

It was all too obvious that this was not the women's true arguement. For even as she glared at Alex her eyes would shift over to the young girl beside him every so often. Her eyes would then harshen and turn back to her boss. Her boss who at this moment could have been cowering down in his saddle were it not for a bit of pride.

Helen, I am fine. There is nothing for you to worry about. I beleive that it was your duty to oversee the cleaning of the house today? I noticed more then a bit of dust collecting in the corners."

Despite the harsh tone put into these words the man let out a small chuckle. So over concerned Helen was, thinking that he of all people would intend to cheat on his wife. An apologetic glance would be given to the girl close by. He was not really sure she would understand the maid's frustration, but the glance was to make sure she would not be offended if she did. Yet as soon as this was done Alexander would look back to Helen. Instead of dismissing herself the maid had taken her skirts into her hands, knuckles turning scarlet red, with a look of pure rage upon her face. Alexander's look would harden somewhat though as he spoke.

"Helen, please make yourself useful and fetch some more money. I have run out of gold in this little pouch and need more. I will need about 10 peices, if that is within your power to do at this moment?"

This use of harsh tone seemed to peirce the fog obviously hovering about the women's mind. For even as he spoke she would back up, turning with an air of indignified rage to storm back to the house once he had finished. Dark brown eyes, Alex's, would whatch Helen's retreat before turning back to the girl at his side. Oh how he wanted out of this saddle but there were more pressing matters.

"Terribly sorry about that. Now if you will please follow me to the stables?"

With that said the horse would be turned, it's direction being in that of the small stable located in the yard.

*Ippi giggled joyously at the sight of the spirits* And the Dark Temple??? I can't believe we are actually going there. Maybe there will be some spare spirit energy to absorb. The power of darkness has always been so intriguing. I sense a new golem coming my way!! *She fumbled in her pockets for a purse of gold. She divvied it up, with one section being the necessary coinage. She held it out, and they accepted it. She turned to Theodore* Well, I guess that covers us. I guess we just need to ride now. *Smiles happily as she steps into the carriage.*

Alright then. We're off.

Theodore stepped in as the air spirits lifted the carriage ever so slightly and drove out of the building, towards Kumori.

*Ippi kicked her feet anxiously as she sat in the carriage. She looked over at Theo* Umm, Theo. Is it...uh...dangerous in Kumori? And, who is this friend you are supposed to meet?

I have no idea about danger.

Who Kyle? Ah, he's a strange guy. His parents are dark mages, and he's kind of a suspecting sort. But he's still a decent fellow.

When we hung out together he was always the braver one while i was the smarter one. We're almost like brothers.

Although I have no idea how he's like now, I'm sure he's still the same.

*Ippi nodded. Of course, being as flighty as she was, the thought of a dark, handsome stranger passed through her head. She could envision it now. He would have the mysterious aura of a dark mage, with the handsome figure like the world had never seen.* Oh, that's nice. *She continued dreaming, absentmindedly listening to whatever he might say.*

((Sorry it took so long guys, I had some things to attend to. I should be able to do the occasional post during the week though ^^

btw - Slifer, your description is much better. I can actually see what you're doing now. Thank you! Oh, I'm gonna try to make this quick, cuz we need to go to Lab...so I'll probably attack you 2 more times or so. Not very realistic, but in the interest of time, it'll have to do.))

As the attack was indeed blocked, Anastazi twirled around where Slifer's back had been but didn't attack. Instead, he continued through the turn and THEN lifted his sword as if to slash downward at Slifer's right bicep.
