"You're here with Durithill?" the man said, his eyebows raising. He looked quite shocked. "I was under the impression that he was a loner." he said as he looked around again. "Alright, look. I need to drop these books off at my room, so follow me there, then I'll take you to either Durithill or the door. Okay?"

Raine stood up from the bed pulling the skirt of her dress down. She gasped a little bit as she reached for the doorh handle not too far away. Twisting it and pulling it open, she peered out into the doorway to look for either her sister or Duirthill. Neither were to be found. Yes, this place was fairly confusing, but she had been here before. Stepping out into the hallway, she softly pulled the door behind her. "...Duirthill?" She called, which was followed by no response. "...Elva?" She wasn't sure what either of them were doing, but at least she could play a few keys of music without critisism.

Stepping down the winding staircase, Raine looked either way and slid onto the bench sitting infront of the black baby grand piano. Stretching her arms, she began to run her fingers smoothly across the ivory keys of the ebony piano that sat between the two sets of curving stairs. As she began with a low note, her fingers swiftly shifted near the opposite end of the piano, pressing down on a few higher keys before pressing a couple lowers ones afterward. It was a quick melody that would keep any dancer on their toes when dancing about.

Violent backed away a little as she heard the man's proposal, growing a little suspicious, which also showed in her face. "Well I-uh." She stopped again, keeping her gaze upon the red-cloaked man. For some reason, Violent trust him, however, could she trust anyone anyways?

With a light sigh and a shrug of her shoulders, Violent's nodded her head, walking beside the strange man. "By the way, I'm El-I mean Violent..." She spoke, trying to hide her mistake. "And you are...?" She asked him, keeping her gaze upon him.

He glanced at her sideways as if he was about to ask what she was going to say, be decided against it. "Most people around here call me "the Arcanist", but my name's Amaruk." he said with a smile. With a slight grunt he shifted the pile of books so they were all balancing on one arm, then held his hand to the door. The door split and opened like the rest. "Wait here." he said as he walked into a room that looked rather like a labratory. He dropped the books on an empty chair and walked back out. "Alright. The door, or Durithill's?" he asked.

Her posture was perfectly straight. Watching her fingers carfully as they flew across the delicate keys, Raine's eyes lifted as the melody slowed down to half-time. She closed her eyes and listened carefully. Each note was now being played slower until the musoic came to a complete halt. With a sigh, she lifted her hands off of the keys and slid off of the red-velvet apolstered bench.

Where were they?

Violent nodded as she waited for him outside the door. Her gaze slowly drifted but fell back towards him as he came back out. Hearing his question, Violent's eyes softened as she lowered her head, not really knowing what to do. "..." She didn't know what to say. She was stuck in the middle. She did want to leave this place that she knew nothing about; wanting to leave all those terrible, haunting memories of her past behind. But to leave her dear sister alone, when in this bad of state? Violent let out a short sigh, then lifted her head towards Amaruk, replacing her expression with a weak smile. Shrugging her shoulder she spoke. "I guess... Durithill." She spoke with a sigh in her voice.

Amaruk thought for a minute, then turned to go down a hallway. "It's been a while since I've been there, so it might take a minute to find it." he admitted with a slight smile. "Don't worry, it won't take long."

"Beautiful." Durithill said from the doorway. Sometime during her performance, he had heard the music and followed it to the room. "I didn't know you could play."

Violent nodded her head as she walked beside her, her eyes occasionally wandering from one door to another. She stood with amazement as she spoke with a slight chuckle in her voice. "How do you all know where you're going. I mean, everything looks the same, and the hall keeps changing." She laughed quietly to herself as she followed closely behind Amaruk, knowing that she didn't want to see what happen earlier with Durithill, to happen again...

((You had to make my think of a way, didn't you? I was fine with everyone just knowing, but noooo, you wanted a reason... lol.))

"The structure resonates on a magical level, and each room has a different "feel", so to say. Anyone with the Master Element, or a Master Pendent can feel these resonations, and find their way." Amaruk explained as they walked. "I just need to remember what Durithill's room "feels" like."

{Lol, sorry I had to ask though. XP}

"Oh..." Violent spoke aloud. "So that's why..." She lightly to herself as she let a short sigh fall past her lips. Bringing her hands to rest behind her head, Violent continued to gaze around at all the different doors; then a question popped into her head. "So... everyone has a different feeling that reacts? So then you know that it's their door and not somebody elses?" She spoke a little confused by the fact.

Whipping around, Raine noticed Durithill standing in the doorway. A light tinge spread across her face. "Thank you.." She spoke just above a whisper. She had just woken up after all, so she was still slightly fatigued. She hid her arms behind her back, clutching them near her lower back. "I can't play all that well.." She admitted, raising her eyes from the piano and resting them on Durithill.

"Every room has a different feeling, yes." Amaruk said with a nod. "Ah, there he is." he said, and he turned and headed down another hallway.

Durithill smiled. "Don't sell yourself short." he said, walking towards her. "Are you feeling alright?" he asked.

Raine replied to his statement with a gentle smile. As Durithill stepped towards her, she slipped her hands around infront of her, now clasped at her abdomen. She replied to his question with a gentle nod. "Yes.. thank you." Standing silent for a minute, she lowered her eyes to the ground before lifting them back up onto his face. "I have to thank you for what you've done also.." She began, "for.. staying with me when that... issue was taking place."

"You know I'll always be here for you." Durithill said with a smile. "Now, however, I think your sister needs us. She ran out looking pained." he said with a troubled look on his face.

Raine gave him another gentle smile before her expression turned to a frown. "..Pardon?" She spoke aloud, her voice seemed to echo through the hallways. "...Elva?" She questioned him. Obvously it was her, whom else would have called sister? "Where did she run off to?!" Shiero asked in a hurry, now more concerned about her sister then herself, hoping she was alright.
