Reck tilted his head and let out a slight laugh bending over and smiling at Kei.
"Believe it or not, your bro is actually a pretty good fighter and I really don't wana hurt my little sis. But I'll tell you what. If you two manage to beat me, then I'll fight you one on one later. deal?"

Kei considered the offer. The one who was going to be her partner outranked them both... she was almost positive that the two of them would win. And she really wanted that one on one match... "And then after that we can practice jutsu, right?"

Kei smiled. "Alright, it's a deal then." She stepped back to the other side of the dojo. Pretty soon, her and her partner, would fight Reck.

Soon, the doors to the dojo opened but there was no one there. The doors also closed but just before they did, a small black cat came in. She mewed and looked around them moved over toward Atsu and hopped up on his shoulder. A soft lick came onto his ear...right before she bit it. She whispered into his ear to where only he could hear, "Naughty naughty little At-kun. Trying to go behind the kage's back and learn some villiage jutsu? Even if they aren't teaching you directly, you'll still learn something." She let go and hopped off and sat in a dark corner, only her chrimson eyes being able to be seen.

Blood trickled down Atsu's ear and dropped off his earlobe onto his clean white robes. He glanced at the cat, mouthing the words, "One never stops," and then back at Reck, stating "Well, lets begin then. I won't use my katanas if this is to be a friendly match."
Atsu didn't care about what the cat had said. If she wanted to stop him she could do it right now. He didn't care.

Even Etna thought it was a bit unfair for the boy not to have some fun but to the same point, she understood the Kage's position and, from all the crap the boy was spouting about spys and such, she thought he'd understand too. But just like all young bucks, he didn't understand a dman thing. He just wanted what he wanted and that was that. She would sit on the sides and watch. If anyting happened she didn't like, she could always step in and stop it.

Kei eyed the cat suspiciously. "Doesn't that cat belong to Roy? It's kinda creepy... why is it staring at us...?" Her voice was still quiet but it showed her suspicions.

Reck waited for Kei and Atsu to join him in the arena and moved left and right a bit looking at them. He noticed a cat that bit Atsu on his ear and he saw that they were talking about the cat for a second but he didnt py much mind to it.

Atsu glided slowly over to the cat, and lay his katanas near her gently. He then turned his back to Etna and cracked his neck, one side before the next. As he walked back to the arena, he thought of a strategy to use involving the surrounding area and the two other combatants. Pretty much a flat arena... good footing all throughout.
He stepped up into the "ring" and readied himself, waiting for the girl, pacing his breathing...

Kei stepped up beside him. She had never foungh with someone before, due to never being on a real genin team... She kept her eyes on Reck. She had a feeling he was eitrher gonna charge right in as usual, or go for the 'dodge everything and then strike'.
