Kibo: So that's why...
Kibo unsheathes his blades, and stares at the markings.
Kibo: I must have tied the spirit of a winged elf to these blades. That's why I can make the wings appear. Very interesting. I tied these back when I was a novice, so I never learned exactly who I was tying. It's good to finally know.

Ranu raised an eyebrow, his mind on the story. "Elves in England?" he whispered to himself.

Kibo looks over at Storm, starting to think that he had done something wrong.
Kibo: It seems so. What's the problem?

"You b*****d. You sick b*****d. The one thing they treasure more then their wings and flight in life is flying among their gods in death. You cheated her from her one dream and wish in life."
Storm scowled and spite on the the deck of her ship.
"Find a new captain for your losy ship. I refuse to serve under one so cruel as you, Kibo. Be lucky I'm not trying to kill you."
She made an angry gesture and with hand and a spinning magical portal opened before her. With one last contempt filled glare, she jumped threw the portal and was gone leaving a very confused looking Hantore in her wake.
"Eh? What now, litt' one?"

Kibo runs towards the portal, but can't catch up before Storm walks through it. He stops, head cast towards the ground.
Kibo: Damn it all...
He walks to the side of the ship, and stabs his blades into the ground, pulling out a small piece of chalk, and draws the first of the hundreds of runes he'd need to release the spirit from his blades.

Ranu watched wide eyed as the captain vanished, he glanced at Kibo uncertainly as he hit the ground, inconspiciously sidling away to prevent being within range.

Kibo sighs, drawing the last rune, and gets up, stabbing his blades, crossed, into the center of the design. He steps back, and upon crossing over the last rune, the hundreds of strange symbols begin to glow, moving onto the blades. When all the runes had moved onto the two swords, Kibo walks up, and strikes it with his third blade. The runes explode outward, but simply pass through anything they hit.
Kibo: There, done.
He looks towards the sky, and a small, translucent bird flies down, landing on the deck in front of him.
Kibo: Find Storm.
The bird turns around, and flies off.
Kibo: *sigh*

Suddenly there was a crash as a man stumbled onto the deck, a big gash in his chest, "hows my ship been holding up?" he said with a smile, then quite suddenly he passed out at the feet of Kibo.

Ranu was so into watching the runes he didn't see the othe rman until he spoke. He nearly had a heart attack and fought back a yelp of shock. He came closer uncertainly, feeling strange about having just had a rune pass through him. He looked down at the man at Kibo's feet uncertainly. "Isn't that the old Captain?"

Storm appered once more on the deck of Lightning taping her foot with her arms crosed angryily in a crack of thunder.
"Your bird said you wanted to see me?"

Sir Tiny started to stir. He looked up into the familiar face of Storm. "Hello love, how have you been?" He got up as though nothing had happened. "I feel like i went through hell and back again." He looked down and saw the blood and gash on his chest. "Oh DAMN!!! Storm, can you be a dear and help patch me up?"

Kibo smiles down at Tiny, then looks back up to Storm.
Kibo: My blades are clean. Turns out the elf spirit was a woman, and although she was bitter about being trapped, she understands a human's ignorance.
Kibo pulls down the collar of his shirt, revealing several long patches of grey skin on his chest.
Kibo: It's what a wound by a spirit looks like. It's like a wound to my soul, making it recede from these parts of my body.
He walks over to Storm, and lowers his head.
Kibo: I'm sorry for my ignorance. As a Commodore to his Captain, I know apologizing seems wrong, but as one person to another, I just wanted to let you know I feel horrible about my faults.
Kibo turns, and walks to te side of the ship, pulling out the chalk again, and starts to draw another set of runes on the deck.
