Erthe chuckled,
"Its nice to feel light and floaty I've heared, I mean, I'm used to it, but I dont think I'd like any other lifestyle.." He smiled.
"It gets a little lonely, but you manage to get used to that as well." He swum back over to a rock and let his arms fold crossed on the top of it, his chin resting on his wrists.
Iah smiled,
"What do I look for..?" He smiled at the 'curious' snake thoughtfully, playing with his hair still, letting the long strangs curl around his fingers,
"In a lover I suppose I just want somone who'll actually well.. love me.." he smiled sightly,
"I guess I didnt really have the best relationship before, Jiro wasnt really that interested in my until I wanted to leave.." he chuckled lightly,
"Its not a big deal any more, I probably shouldnt go on about it like that.." he shook his head slightly,
"I'm not really.. well.. I just want to get on with somone well. Long term at least, you can be a little more shallow if you're planning to have a fling.." He didnt sound as if that was somthig he was well practiced in however.

AvynWing Lyrr smiled as he curled himself against the cobra a little more, smiling as he felt the cool fingers over his skin, throgh his hair, and then over his hand..
"Hmm, Marry you..?" He asked with a little chuckle, rolling onto his side slightly nore so that he could nuzzle the cobra's cheek.
"If you're actually asking me.. then.. well.. yes.." he smiled slightly, and hid his face against the cobra's shoulder,
"And.. having a family with you as well? Uh. ts a lot to think about.. but I suppose there is no reason we shouldnt.." presses a kiss close to where he had hidden and sighs again, relaxing back, his head falling down to the pillow where he snuggled for a moment, before laughing very quietly.
"Wow.. what a weird day.." He mumbled, looking over at Niikura again.
"Are we really doing this..?"
Watching the male bird relax and speak his mind, there wasn't much he could really do to express how he was feeling now.
His love had agreed to be his, and wanted a family... all from a chance meeting after so long.
Arms draped around him, he lightly pulled the bird against his chest and closed his eyes, just feeling his warmth along his cool body. Taking in a deep breath, he snickered and didn't really reply to much as Lyrr ranted softly, unsure if it was an open topic or not.
"It's a long shot.. but yes... we are." He smiled and opened his bright blue eyes, looking down to his tan mate.
"I do want a family... but we'll take it as slow as you please my dear.. sweet Lyrr." he whispered and lightly placed a kiss atop his head, taking in a deep breath to smell the warm sugar like sent of his mate.

Casumi smiled as she swam about a little more before swimming to the rock and moved to stay afloat.
"Then you shall not be lonly anymore." She giggled. "I'll come and visit more often, now that I'm bigger and I don't need my brother watching me like a hawk." Like any feline, she loved her personal space but the wolf in her loved the pack feel.
Asher nodded, listening to his words and the voice. However, he learned his lesson from the last one night stand he had. He gained a mate and three children, not that he was complaining.
"I guess it'd depend on the fling, would it not?"
He admitted only to himself, he liked having his hair played with...

Lyrr laughed happily, curling himself against Niikura a little more, some of his slightly beigey white hair falling over his eyes as he looked up at the beautiful cobra.
"As slow as I want..?" He asked with a small smile,
"Well, in all honesty, I dont think you're going to have to wait too terribly long.." he lifted a hand, his fingers brushing over the soft lips,
"I dont think we really need to wait at all.." He smile again, the blush that might have been on his cheeks was well hidden by the dark skin.
"As long as you're certain its what you want.." He smiled softly...

Erthe smiled at her,
"Thats very kind of you Cassy, really is.." He nodded a little,
"But you'll get bored, there isnt that much to do down here.. and besides.." He paused,
"A pretty little thing like you should definately be up there spending her time with people who can go places with her, and have fun.." he pushed some of his long blue hair back from his face,
"It will be nice to see you every now and then however.."

Iah smiled again,
"A fling is just a fling," he shrugged slightly, reaching up so that he could run his fingers through the full legnth of the long blonde hair,
"I suppose if you were only going to see them once it wouldnt matter what they were like really.. but it would still be nice if they were.. well.. nice..."

Casumi shrugged her elegant shoulders. "I don't mind. Who else would I visit anyway? Besides, Uncle Jay lives just near the lake so it's not like I can't visit you after visiting him."
She reached over to help keep his hair from his face, actually swimming over to the shore. She got out only to grab one or two of her hair clips and slip back into the water and swim back, clipping some of his stray back. "Better?" She asked.

Asher nodded. A lifestyle he knew of that he didn't wish on anyone came to his mind, one he'd lived himself under Belle Morte. Flings were nice....relationships were better...relations like he had with Jean-Claude, Julianna, Rin and Anita...
He shook his head to clear his thoughts of the past. Right now he was enjoying this new feline's hand in his hair, tempted to start purring himself which would be odd for a serpent.
"Relationships are better..."

Erthe smiled, and nodded slowly, the large ornamentation in his own hair jingling slightly.
"Thank you very much.." he reached out and patted his cool fingers against her arm.
"Very thoughtful of you, I used to have more clips and such, but they go missing every now and then.." he shrugged very slightly.

Iah nodded slowly, the long hair still running theough his gentle fingers,
"Well, I agree really, I do.. but there is a limit too how long you can..uh.. put certain needs on hold after all.. and how long you can go without close companny, at least that's what I've noticed.." He paused his speech.
"Obviously I would prefer to find somone I would stay with, but you know, you take what you can.."

Casumi smiled and kissed her friend's cheek.
"Then we should get you more clips to keep around, shouldn't we?"
She had plenty around that she didn't mind sharing if he needed more.

He gave in to the urge to purr softly, a nice thing to have when one was a vampire and something felt good....soo very good.

Erthe blinked slightly and pressed his fingers against his cheek, looking surprised for a moment, but he recovered after a moment.
"You're too kind Cassy, really.." He laughed,
"I would go and get some for myself, but as you can see, its fairly difficult for me to leave the water.." he smiled at her again and reached out a hand to pat her cheek.

Iah chuckled,
"I dont think you're really a snake Asher.." He said, continuing the small laugh,
"You purr like me, if not better.." he smiled, and I'm a cat, so I'm supposed to purr.." his long grey striped tail curled happily back and forth behind him, he was enjoying this.. it was strange, but he did like petting people.. he liked being petted as well, but petting was almost as good!

Casumi nodded. "Then I'll get them for you."
She was determined to get them for him. She'd have to carefully pick them out. She didn't want them too plain but not to girly either.

He said it quietly. He felt old for some reason...maybe being 400+ and having three active kids....maybe it caught up to some extent?

Iah blinked, looking more than a little surprised, his eyebrows lifting slightly as he withdrew one of his hands from the soft blonde hair, to brush some of his own, slightly wavy black hair out of his eyes.
"A vampire...?" he asked, his voice slightly disbelieving as he raised his eyebrows...
"I... I honestly didnt think that they were... well... really...?" he let the fingers that he had removed curl back into Ashers hair, looking very much surprised..
"Are... are you really one...?" he was curious as well it seemed..

Asher grinned, revealing the fangs that were a mix of his vampire and serpent blood. "Oui, Iah. They really do exist. Some are just low key."
He grinned still, wondering if he should show him. No...bad thought. The last time he bit anyone for any reason, well....he nearly lost his mate. With that in mind, his grin welted to a simple smile.
"I'm well over 400 years in age..."

Casumi smiled as she leaned against the rock and played with the water with her toes, having them peek out from beneath the surface. "Of course. Anything for a special friend."
She was going to have to do the same for her friend Yukiji. But for now, she was enjoying Erthe's presence and his friendship. Even as an occassional water drop trailed down her face.

Iah paused again, his fingers dropping away from the hair as he peered at the vampire's pointed teeth..
"Well now.. I.. I suppose you learn somthing new every day.. dont you..?" he said with a curoius smile.. before very carefully reaching out a hanf and very carefully pushing the snake's lip back a little more..
"Sorry.. I.. uh.." he let his hands drop again, looking embaressed for his curiosity.
Erthe stretched slightly and chuckled,
"Special huh? Well, I suppose I have known you since you were rather little.." He pushed himself up onto the rock a little more, laying on it, letting the air rush over his back. He liekd the feel of it somtimes.. but not always.. sometimes he prefered to stay under the water.

Asher chuckled. The kitty wasn't used to fangs and well Asher wasn't use to people prodding his mouth to look at them. He usually had someone in his arms with his mouth fastened to them or something.
"Curiousty caught the kitty."

Casumi couldn't resist the urge to watch him move and lay on the rock. Her hand moved to caress his scales. She just had to know what they feel like, like if they were really like fish scales or if they were smooth or rough or something. That inbourne curiousty of hers.
"Of course special..." She wasn't sure how special, but to her he was special.

"Mm, but satisfaction brough him back.." Iah replied with the less well known second line, smiling up at Asher again,
"If you're never curious you'll never find anything out.." he smiled slightly more, but let his fingers twitch at his side, trying to hide the fact he was still slightly embaressed with himself for that little slip up. You shouldnt really touch people you hardly knew without asking first.

Erthe blinked slightly as he felt her fingers brush over the cool, smooth, almost glass like feeling scales on his tail.
They were hard, but flexible, and slightly translucent in their pale colouring. He shifted his tail a little more out of the water to let her strok it if she wished.
"It must feel weird to you.." He said with a small smile at the young woman,
"And, Well, thank you Casumi.. You're a very dear friend as well.." he nodded at her, still smileing.

Asher grinned as it was his turn to thread his hand through the feline's hair. In a way he sort of started to pet Iah as he would often do with Rin.
"Curiousty can also lead to trouble...but a little trouble never hurt anyone I suppose."

Casumi smiled as she continued to caress his scales, admiring them for their beauty and smoothness.
"It's a little weird but they're so beautiful.."
She started purring very quietly as she touched his scales almost lovingly.
