Scribble nodded his head and turned to face the entrance once more, stepping out and pacing himself at a small trot. He glanced back every now and then to see if Riku was still close by, glad to have another male with him. Scribble didn't know what he was in for and wasn't about to take any chances, he labeled this unknown lion as an enemy until proven innocent. Without any further notice, Scribble drew in a deep breath and let out a powerful roar, sending it echoing across the grassy plains. It was a threat, but it wasn't a welcome either. It was simply a way of saying he was on his way.

"Only if't you'll bring me back a rabbit," Koekje replied huffily as he settled down to chomp on a bone, his face a picture of utter seriousness. There was no joking when it came to food, oh no. He didn't even look up from his treat. "Besides, where are we going to go? There's nothing interesting here anyway."
"Koekje, watch you tongue." Shey warned as she busily groomed the fluffy little heads of the two newborn boys. It was almost like having four sons, what with Jenny being such a tomboy. She looked up from the cubs to watch Scribble and Riku leave the den, wondering who was at the border.

Milo steped alittle away from the border. He was over it for a second. He Roared back a ok. And waited. He hope he was not disturbing to much. He was nervous. He wanted to join a pride, so he could have some kind of family.

Riku padded swiftly beside his king ready to defend his pride if nessisary. Riku looked at Scribble after hearing his mighty roar with wide eyes, he had never seen or heard his king roar before, this was getting interesting.

His territory was larger than he expected, some of the parts were completely unfamiliar to him; boy he needed to get out more. The King shook his head at the thought, focusing back on the task at hand and looking ahead. He squinted to see through the wavering air, the heat moving across the lands, and noticed a black shadowed figure in the distance. It defiantly took the form of a lion, but was standing still. Scribble picked up his pace a little, his muscles rippling through his fur as he moved. His heart was pounding in his chest. Not because of running, but because he was anxious and excited about this new arrival.

Milo watched as a teal and a purple, figures came toward him. He squinted to looked better and backed up alittle. He was not on the border but wanted to make sure. His heart raced. Here was his chance to meet some one who might take him in.

Riku ran swiftly beside Scribble and soon a black shape came into view. 'There he is' thought Riku as he picked up his speed, His heart racing at the thought of meeting another male other than Scribble that could be possibly...a new ally, a strong friend. His excitement carried him forward faster.

Though it took longer than expected, he reached the edge of the border and stood face to face with this new lion. Scribble was never one to judge, but this male sure was different than most others he had seen before. He was all black with a bright red mane and strange goggles over his eyes. He continued to study the lion for a few more moments, only to disrupt his thoughts and start asking questions. "What brings you to my borders, stranger?" He said in a clam yet serious tone. Scribble meant business, but he didn't mean any harm either so he stayed as neutral as possible.

Milo smiled and bowed. "I came to ask for a spot in your pride. I am a wander in search of a home. I am a pretty good warrior and hunter." He said not moving from his bow he kept his head down and waited for the kinds responce. The larger king made him a bit nervous.

Riku stood proudly by Scribbles side and looked at this new lion with curiousity. He had never seen a lion like this before, he seemed friendly enough he thought. It was hard for Riku to keep from smiling at the thought of a new lion in the pride.

Scribble's flakes twitched as Riku came up beside him, but his gaze never left that of the stranger. Scribble took his words into consideration, her knew what it was like to be without a family. The red and black lion didn't seem like he meant harm, and Scribble couldn't pass on the chance to have another member in his pride, a male at that.
The King noticed the worried look in the lion's eyes, but it didn't surprise him all that much. Scribble was fairly larger than most males and intimidating at that, but once you got to know him he was just one big softy. "A good hunter and warrior you say?" His face lit up to relax the situation, he was good at doing that. "Well, how about Riku and I bring you on over the border and back to the main den. I'll introduce you to the others and we can go from there? What do you say Riku?" He turned to the purple male, noticing Riku's grin that stretched widely across his muzzle.

((Well. You guys know realize how Coffe's been very absent? Well... I've been absent, but Coffe more so than Shey or Stallon or Koekje or anyone. GUESS WHAT?! She comes bearing news xD Or rather... new members.))
To begin with, Koekje had waited patiently by the den's opening, peering out onto the horizon and eagerly awaiting his father's arrival. But he had been gone so long that the pudgy cub had not be able to take it, and in the end he had plodded over to his mother and fallen asleep between her outstretched forelegs, wings tucked tight around his round body. Shey patiently groomed the sleeping cub's hair tuft until it had smoothed down while he snuggled in with a faint smile on his face - dreaming about truffles, most likely. The soft sound of padding paws made her look up, and to her surprise, Coffe stalked into the den.
Coffe saw the question on the queen's face and shook her head grimly. "You don't wanna know..." She lowered herself carefully across from Shey, smiling at the two newborns. "Congratulations." She said softly, so as not to disturb the sleeping Koekje.

Milo nodded. "Yes Sir, By the way My name is Milo Sir, May I ask yours?" He stood up and waited for the two males to lead him. He was happy now to be part of a pirde, mabye he could take his mind off of things.

Ooh we should have a time skip when Koekje grows to an adult))
"Nice to meet you, Milo." The teal King kept the atmosphere comfortable, smiling as the lion asked of his own title. "The name is Scribble." He said confidently. Scribble knew his name wasn't something fit much for a King, but that didn't lessen his participation in playing his role as a leader.
Jenny was too full of energy to fall asleep like the rest of her siblings. Instead, she practiced pouncing on the helpless den mice or crickets, who which happened to pass by at the wrong time. Her little games and attempts to hunt like "a real lioness" were interrupted, however, as a new form entered the den. The tomboy's quick attention span kicked in and she trotted off n the direction of the female, determined to be a part of the forming conversation.

Ooh, yea we should. But the way did you get Trevor's cert? Cause if you did I must've missed Stallon's. o.o))
"Oh? I'm guessing it's a given to assume it wasn't something wonderful?" She smiled to herself as Jenny swung and trotted over to them, a look of almost grim determination on her face. Cubs were too cute. "I believe you've met Jenny before, but she may not quite remember you."
"Well... yes." Coffe nodded reluctantly. She gladly turned the topic over to the teal princess. "Oh, yes, it was quite some time ago. She and Koekje have grown a lot." She smiled and nodded to the little tomboy. "She still looks just like her father."
