Riana gained a slightly puzzled look along with her smile and tilted her head a fraction, but kept her eyes on Tax's face. "You are like a poet of old Tax, if I am like a nurse. Now sip this," she handed him a small skin of jin-water, "to clear your head, and put these," she also handed him a few jars of soothing mixtures, "in your bath." She gave him a wink and broke her contact with him to turn and call to Khnui. "I did nock Khnui, I remembered, and I am sure that I can find a place for him to stay as well. If you need to leave he can just come with me until then. In fact I am sure he can stay in Tori's house for now. She would not mind." Tori was her good friend and neighbor who had only just, after years of work, infultrated the lower hierarchy of the Monarchy and had left and would not return for some time. "Yes, I am sure she would not mind, and then I will be nearby in case of need."

With a small nod to Tax she climbed back down the stairs and presented herself to Khnui. "Does he remember his momentary infatuation with Blaise, or was he fortunate enough to forget that?"

“I have some clothes that will fit you in the top drawer in the guest room.” Blaise called through her closed door, “I keep fresh clothing for all of my trainees in there, so find something that fits and help yourself. Make sure whatever you wear is comfortable and allows you to move because I’m going to make you stretch every day for flexibility while fighting. If you’re not flexible enough to round-house kick an opponent in the head then we have some work to do.”

Blaise walked to her closet and pulled out some fresh bandages and herbal salves. She undid her bandages and delicately put the salve on wherever she could reach. When the salve touched her torn flesh it began to sting but the pain didn’t amount to much. She wrapped her torso with the bandages and tossed her shirt back on. She left her stave in the corner of her room and made sure she left all her other nasty weapons in their rightful places. She didn’t want to be tempted.

She opened up her door and stepped out of her room, “Ready, Rosette?”

Blaise cocked an eyebrow.

“Hurting from the other day? It’ll take more then what happened yesterday to keep me from teaching a well able student. Plus, the Lieutenant would probably watch me die before he assigned you to another Forester. He wants you to be the best of the best. I don’t exactly see why he wants me to train you but none of us really know what’s going on inside his head. I think he just sees more in me than I see in myself. Or maybe he just overestimates me. In that event he would be overestimating you… but, anyways. We should go, just follow me.”

Blaise began walking out the door when she stopped and looked back to Rosette. “You won’t be wanting any padding for when we sparr do you? Or is padding to weak for you?” She teased.

Thoughtfully she said, "Yes, that would just be fantastic wouldn't it? Me working on making him whole again and her ripping him to peices? Perhaps I should remedy his infatuation." She sighed once and took a moment to admire the hilt Khnui had crafted. Nodding respectfully she yelled up the stairs, "Now Tax, take your bath and I'll be back to bandage you up in a bit."

Leaving Khnui's house she jogged back to her own home to find a package on her doorstep full of clothes and things for Chrono and a very pleased with himself Orik waitng patiently. Patting him on the head she scoped up the package and went inside. "Chrono, I've got clothes for you here, I'll put them in your room alright?" She did so before returning to her living room and collapsing in a chair.

"Yeah, I'd like to see him before we start. The way you've been threating me, I might no be concious when we're done to say hi anyway." Rosette joked happily as she made her way towards the door. "Bye kitty!"

Riana scoffed dramatically and rolled out of the chair at Blaise's sudden entry. "Me? Tired? Never. I was just making sure that chair was still comfortable, Orik won't sit in it anymore." Across the room the big dog raised his head and whoofed softly. "Hush you," Riana replied.

"The boy's still relaxing in his bath as far as I know, or at least he should be." Glancing over her shoulder she tried to see down the hall but there wasnt much light so she gave up. "There's some tea in the kitchen if you would like some, you can have a seat till hes dressed and ready." She quirked an eyebrow at Rosette, "but you can go streight in to see him if you want, seeing as you two are so close." Hiding a smile she turned into the kitchen and rummaged around for cups.

Blaise smiled sheepishly at Rosette’s outburst.

“Catch an eyeful?” she laughed, “From the sounds of it, it’s as if you jumped in there without knocking.” Blaise said looking to Riana. In her mind she could see the several different scenarios of Riana walking in on several people at the most awkward time. She hated Riana’s habit but couldn’t help but love Riana for being so outgoing.

“I’m surprised nothing like that has happened to you yet, Riana.” She paused for a moment and cocked an eyebrow, “Or has it? Hmmm?”
