(when I know I have caught up this other individual, an far enough for him not to notice me, im gonna make hide, move silent checks through the trees until I know where his destination an true intensions are )

Okay, but just so you know, the trees don't last very far. I'd say about another 30 ft or so, and your out in the open. And light fog wouldn't be able to help you then.

hmm...ok...no bushes either? im just gonna have to keep a good steady pace, an keep makin "move silent" checks to keep from being noticed, at least appear non-threatening, but before all that..*casts "mage armor"* (( im no fool! lol))

Seeing Dessirris take of in the direction of the guard. Kiske goes to tells his allies. All the way muttering to himself, "Damned little girl. Wish she told me her plans. If she gets caught that her fault." Let's see, the closest is the harbor.

Summary of events:
At 2:30am the group at the park spotted with a person named Kinto, from the town watch. The entire interaction lasted for about 15 minutes. A which point Kinto took off in search of Demitrius. Dessirris took off following fim in order to determine his intentions. Kiske on the other hand head to the closest party members at the harbor. The amount of time taken to travel the distance between the park and the harbor is 15 minutes. Having reached Gear and Brendon, Kiske proceeds to relay the information that the town watch is searching for Demtrius.
At this point right now it is 3:00am. To distance from the harbor to the cementary is about 20 minutes. So what are you going to do my dear player?

On hearing that someone was looking for Demitrius, Brendon takes off heading to the cementary at an almost inhuman speed.

Upon reaching the cemetary Brendon sudden turns and charges in a certain direction almost as if driven by something. It is only a few moments later does two figures come into view, both of which are elves.

I'm afraid not, Brendon. He left while I continued to scout the cemetary for anything suspicious.
Whatever is the matter with Master Demitrius? Why are people of the town watch looking for him?
