"It's a red orb" Lulu corrected him in annoyance for calling her item a 'thingy' when it wasn't. Placing one of her hands on her cheeks to think about his question for a moment before she answers. Her mind drift for a moment to whether or not she should answer his question. Things weren't going as she planned, letting out a long sad sigh to look up at Seno with a look that seem rather bored. Her mind was set for another plan that she thought just now. "I don't know if they do have the orb or not, but I can tell you that I know the orb is here at this school and I will not give up until I find it. Of course, those who know where the orb is have to keep their mouth shut to protect it, correct? So, there's no point of asking when they are lying"

Vlad saw the magic twisting in the air. It was a beautiful dance to him, a ballet of purest intention. He drank it down, filling himself, stretching his wings, then he saw the summon spell... it was cold.. very cold, he drank down as much of it as he could but there was too much, he felt himself start to leak, start to expand, he felt bloated... he needed to release."!!tenrroT enacrA ,neT si ti dnA" Arcane energy exploded from his body, getting larger and larger as he fed from the spell... but it was too much. His winds vanished, and he plummeted unconsious to the ground, the last of the energy providing him with his fix, and jsut enough to heal enough of his wounds to not bleed out on the beach.

Nagi heard something happening behind him but was moving too fast to look back. His speed spell wore off suddenly it was then that he realized what happened. He had used up too much magic in a short amount of time. He was starting to feel weak and he knew he was going to crash he just hoped that it would be in the water. He saw the water approaching, his last thought being the hope that some one would see him and help him before he drowned.
Seth was walking in the water when he saw something in the corner of his eye. There falling towards the water was some guy on a staff. From the looks of it he seemed to be out cold. Seth heard the splash and swam towards him. He then grabbed the guy and his staff and swam back to shore yelling for help.
"Zero, Kaname get over here this guy just fell from the sky, I think he's hurt, can you help me get him to the shore?"
The guy was still breathing but he still looked like he had been through a lot Seth just hoped he would be okay.

Lawliet just shrugged his shoulders, taking out his PDA and looking at it.."Its not really that important.." It kind of bothered him why she was asking, but he was sure it was just out of curiosity. "Just work...Though I find sitting here alot more entertaining.."
Vanessa merely smiled at Seth as she watched him walk off. As she sat on Kaname's shoulders she wondered how everything was...How everything got to this point.., and why everything had to be so difficult. As Kaname walked towards the water, taking Vanessa with him and Zero following up behind. They were all a little shocked to see Seth run out into the water and pull up a boy.
Kaname just nodded his head rushing over to Seth, but lifting Vanessa off his shoulders first. Vanessa just watched them as they helped Seth pull the boy onto the sand. Vanessa then noticed another person on the beach...Her eyes showed worried as she bent down next to the boy they had pulled up. She pushed a peice of hair out of his face, and scared at the boy's unconcious body. " Seth...Is he okay?" She mussed out in a small frail voice.
Zero just stared at the boy his arms folded across his chest, and Kaname sit criss crossed in the sand..It seemed that Kaname had also noticed the other man bleeding on the beach, and stood up dusting himself off. "I'll be right back..Take care of this guy first.." With this he left approaching the man unconcious on the beach. Kaname merely looked down at him, and lightly shook his shoulder. He could smell the scent of strong magic all around him and immdiately knew he should be careful.

Seth checked the pulse of the guy, it was strong, so he was in no danger. Seth looked over at the other guy on the beach, he seemed to be in worse shape but nothing to bad to worry about. Seth looked down and saw that the kid on the ground was coming to.
"He will be okay. Look I think he is waking up, maybe he can tell us what happened."
Seth lifted the guy up so that he could be sitting when he came to and not lying on the sand.
Nagi opened his eyes as he came to. In front of him he saw three people, a girl with long purple hair and eyes to match, pale though they were. The guys both had white hair, but he could sense the vampiric blood in one of them just like he did with the girl. The other guy, who seemed to be human had a rather concerned look on his face. It was at that moment that Nagi remembered what had happened and he quickly got up and got his staff ready.
"The Illidari, the magic sucking elf!? Where is he? Please tell me I managed to get away from him. It was his fault that I used so much magic, I'm just lucky to be a fast healer."
Nagi looked around and saw that the others were just staring at him. He realized he must sound insane.
"Oh excuse my outburst, here let me introduce myself. I am Nagi, a mage, it is a pleasure to make your acquaintance especially since it seems you have saved my life."

"Work?" Meghan repeated, looking over at his PDA, "what kind of work can you have at this age?" She knew it was bad, but her curiousity always got the better of her whether she wanted it to or not. Then again, it's not like she could control such a thing. She was happy, all the same, to hear that he found being there at the beach more entertaining. She wondered what other hobbies he had, but didn't bother to pressure him with unnessesary questions.

Lawliet nodded his head shifting positions oddly. "Yeah...I guess I'm pretty well known..Well as Near anyway..." She smiled lowering his voice slightly. "I guess I can tell you though.." He took a small breath wondering how on earth he should say this.."Well I'm a detective...One of the best in the world they say..." He laughed nervously, staring at the sand. "I just wanted to do something for myself for once, so I came here in pursuit of my past.."
Vanessa stared at the boy for a moment watching Kaname walk off. She just listened to him babble for a moment, reaching over to hold Seth's hand lightly. She wasn't scared or anything, just felt like being close to him. Vanessa just on her light soft smile, staring at him with her death like expression. "I'm glad your alright, Nagi.." She said in a soft voice..It seemed that she acted differently around new people.., and still the traces of her shyness lingered.
Zero just stood up staring down at Seth and Vanessa...Oh how jealous he could get...It soon got to where he couldn't stand it anymore and grabbed Vanessa by the waist sitting down, and pulling him over near him. There was now about two feet between the two of them and Seth...He didn't say anything, just kept his arm there..Giving a warning look to Seth that said, 'She's staying right here..'
Vanessa frowned, but didn't struggle as she sat by Zero. At mention of a magic sucking elf, her head turned behind her towards Kaname...She sensed a strong magic force and guessed that would be who he was looking for.."Would that be him?" She said quietly pointing a pale finger towards the body and Kaname down the beach a ways.

Meghan's face lit up when he said he was a detective; she found that to be very cool. She smiled sweetly, though, when he said he wanted to find more about his past. "I'll be here to help you, Lawliet... so please, don't hesitate," she said softly, looking down at the sand and doodling in it with her pointer finger; looked like little stars. She really did want to help, even if she couldn't help him with his detective job. All the same, she could try. Hopefully nothing that didn't want to be uncovered was, though; something horrific, perhaps, or even something disterbing and rather frightening. That'd be... weird (though interesting).

Nagi looked over at the body a fair distance away and instantly recognized it as that of his attacker. He apparently did not get away as far as he had hoped. He sighed knowing that he wasn't safe where he was. He decided that heading back to the school would probably be a much better idea.
"Yeah that would be him. He looks harmless now but he can do a lot of damage probably if he put his mind to it. He was able to nullify my magic, good ability, one that I wouldn't mind having on my side. Anyways he doesn't seem to be a direct threat right now so I seem to be safe. But still I think it would be better if I left. Sorry for the intrusion and thank you for the save, If there comes a time where you ever need some help just find me and I will return the favor that I now owe. Well anyways I bid you good day, and enjoy yourselves."
Nagi then got on his staff and kicked back into the air. He gave a quick thought of where to go and decided that he probably needed some tea to feel better so he decided to look for the schools cafeteria. With a final wave and good bye he flew off.

Seth waved back at the kid he seemed to be alright but apparently that elf was bad news. He was just happy that he wasn't a magic user. He stood up and decided to go check on the guy who collapsed. He looked and what he saw really caught him by surprise.
"Um Vanessa remember that lunatic that started a fight at the school gates when we first met...well guess who just literally dropped in. I sensed nothing but bad news from this guy at the gate and I am getting that same feeling again. Believe me when I say it would be safer to leave him here and we ourselves go."
Seth didn't want to sound cold or anything but the guy was definitely dangerous. Sure Zero and Kaname could take him but then what, deal with all that fighting on a beautiful day like today, he would rather not. He went back to Vanessa and looked over at Zero, the look in his eyes was all warning and definitely was not happy. The thing was that Seth did not like the way he was treating Vanessa at that moment. Sure he probably cared about her, but right now it almost looked like to him she was nothing more than an object. He hid his anger for now deciding to have a talk with him later.
"Look why don't we just leave him so we don't have to fight him. I would be everything I have that this guy will just want to fight. He looks like he will live so why don't we go. I saw a cafe on the way here, that looks like a good place, from there we can find a better spot, especially if you still want to learn to swim Vanessa."

"I don't know how I am going to get my orb back, but I will get it back at all cost if I want to become full again like everyone else than a spirit" Lulu said to make her hand glow slightly in ready to disappear out of the beach now, causing small tiny black smoke to appear above her as her eyes flicker to look at Sano with a frown. "I'll be off to look for some information of some kind...there should at least be someone out in this school to know where the orb is located"

Lawliet felt a little more comforted after seeing the sweet expression on her face. He wasn't quite used to people being so nice with him, or them showing him any affection for that matter. His glance then lowered to the sand where she was drawing little pictures of what looked like stars. He took a minute of complete silence to think before he said something. For some reason when it came to this subject he had trouble putting words together, and then someone still be able to make sense of it. "Thanks...I appriciate it.."
Vanessa stood up with Zero,(Zero still holding her close) and she frowned lightly at the mention of that guy from the gates...So very long ago it seemed..Maybe it was? She sort of lost track of the time through all this..She approached Kaname with a worried expression on her face. "Kaname...Seth is right..He's not good news.." Kaname seemed as if he didn't hear her at all..He just continued to look over the guy on the ground, then shot a look back at Zero. Kaname seemed to irritated all of a sudden..It was unlike his calm, lazy, collective nature that usually everyone saw in him. With a sudden fast movement he caught Vanessa by her wrist and pulled her towards him.
Zero was surprised by Kaname's reaction to his forceful affection.It hadn't bothered him before, so why now? Kaname sat with Vanessa in his lap as if protecting her. "Don't forget...Zero..She is still heir, and you have no right to drag her all over the place...Do I make myself clear?" Zero now had a very angry look on his face. With clinched teeth he spoke in a harsh voice. "To hell with that..." Kaname's face was covered by his hair, hiding his rather dark expression. He set Vanessa gently on her feet, as Vanessa rushed to Seth's side. She was afraid something was bad was going to happen..Kaname then grabbed Zero by the front of his shirt and held him up to his face..."Learn your place...Half-breed.." Kaname said this with such hatred in his voice, and then sneered and threw Zero to the ground, sending him sliding across the sand six feet or so.
Vanessa stood back frightened....She really didn't want to be here to see them fight.."Um...Yeah I still want to learn.." She said trying to ignore the situation at hand..Though the uneasiness could still be heard in her voice.

Seth stared in utter amazement, and a bit of fear when he saw Kaname attack Zero. What on earth had brought on such a change and so suddenly, it definitely was not normal. Seth could sense Zero's surprise, though it would have to be expected from such an attack. Though what really got him was Vanessa's fear this was definitely not normal for Kaname. As he watched the events unfold he heard Vanessa try to change the subject, he was amazed at what lengths she wanted to go to ignore this. Seth could see from the look in Kaname's eyes that things were going to get worse before they got better. He knew he had to do something, sure Zero had tried to kill him, but that did not mean that he would just sit back and watch him get attacked so savagely.
"STOP! What are you doing Kaname? Can't you see that he isn't fighting back, and what about Vanessa look at her, she definitely does not like this. What has gotten into you?"
Seth then ran over to Zero and stood in front of him blocking Kaname from going after him again. He had no idea why he was doing this, on one side was Zero, the guy who probably would yet again try to kill him. On the other side was Kaname, a full blooded vampire that could probably rip him apart. The only thing that kept him standing there was the look of fear on Vanessa's face, and he knew that the fear was coming from watching her two friends fight for no reason.

Zero sat up slowly from the sand, struggling to get to his feet. He was seriously pissed now..Though he was utterly stunned when Seth jumped right in front of him. He just tilted his head to the side with a look of unbelief. "What the hell are you doing?!! You want to get killed?" He said side stepping Seth, and pushing him to the side..
Kaname just stood there a look of hatred on his face. Was he actually going to try and kill Zero? Vanessa could tell, then realized what must be wrong.."Oh no.."She whimpered..Suiddenly Zero lunged forward, then disappeared fast as lightening. He then appeared right in front of Kaname his fists glowing with a black aura. "Surprise!!" He said with a smirk aiming it at Kaname's stomach. Without even trying Kaname grabbed his fist, then punch Zero's stomach with the other hand, using the force from the punch fo fling him backwards over his head. Zero tumbled rolling and flying farther down the beach before finally, inertia gave in and he lay motionless on the ground. Kaname then looked as if he was going to turn on Seth. Suddenly with lightening speed Kaname came at Seth, Vanessa screamed then darted in between their path. Suddenly as if all in an instant, Vanessa's and Kaname's path met. Vanessa with her arm above her head, and Kaname's teeth in her arm. Blood started to drip down on to the sand as Kaname eyes had a vicious look in them. Seth was a few feet in front of Seth, wincing with the pain in her arm. "S-Seth.." She turned back to look at him still struggling to hold Kaname back.
"For once...I will protect you.." With this her eyes flashed purple, as she flung her arms forward and a dark shield appeared in front of her, flinging Kaname backwards though he landed unsteadily on his feet. This calls for drastice measures.. With this she closed her eyes, and shadow like figures appeared out of the ground. They immdiately went after Kaname and crowded around him as he struggled. They soon dragged him down to who knows where..Vanessa took a deep breath..
