Azriel sighs a little, which comes out more like a growl on accident. He looks at the food and continues to eat, he wouldn't worry about magic for now.

"So it would be easier for me...." Voila said to no one in particular. Voila bit into her apple. I wonder how I can work the magic.

Aurora had turned around to investigate antoher scent that she found interesting. She had left the group following her nose until suddenly when she looked up she was not in the same area as Raerin and everybody else. She stopped and listened for the group, they weren't exactly quiet. Making sure she stayed wihtin earshot , she went and sniffed around. Finally satisfied that she found a scent she was looking for, a banana, she turned to head back to the group.
Only everybody seemed to have moved on. "Peachy," Aurora growled and began to track teh scent of Raerin. It wasn't long before she heard quite a racket just ahead and she ran over to find a now larger group of humanoid creatures, not to mention food and charred body. "What happened?" she asked walking up to Raerin and watching all the new comers.

"We found food," said Raerin, pointing a paw toward the food stand. They probably wouldn't leave here for a short while anyway.
"Oh...and I think I just about accidentally used magic..." He pointed toward the burnt rhinoman.
"Jade, I think that's probably the same one you said attacked you and your family...he must have recognized you because he was aimed straight at you..."

Aurora didn't need telling twice about teh food she had jsut turned back around with a chicken in her mouth then dropped it when she heard the word "magic." "You, really?" She looked at the charred body, there wasn't anyother signs of scorching just the body. "Dangit, I missed it," she said turning back and picking up her chicken plopping down near Raerin and begna to eat.

((you miss a fair bit when you don't get to check the site very long XD lol so I'll just post what her reactions would have been and then post up to the current events ^_^))
Jade cheered at the sight of the food and quickly ran over and started munching on a apple. A noise from behind her caused her to slowly turn around curiously just in time to see Raerin get batted away by the same rhino-man that had attacked her. The half eaten apple dropped from her hands as she stared in terror unable to make a sound or move. Then a horrible scream filled her ears as she saw the rhino-man burn. Around her the others conversed but she couldn't take her eyes of the rhino-mans blackened form.
As she hears Raerin talking to her she slowly looks away from the rhino-man and at him. She just wimpers the shock starting to wear of as her eyes began to fill with tears. Her eyes widened in horror though suddenly as what Raerin said sinks in. "Mommy! Daddy!" Jade screams worried as she takes off running in what she thinks is the direction the rhino-man came from. In her mind if that scary person was here certainly her parents had to be near by.

Azriel didn't know much about magic, but he did know something about children, and them running around alone in a dangerous place was not good. So at the sound of Jade running for her parents he turned quickly and bounded off after her, sticking with her in case anything decided to attack.

((It's okay, you pretty much got all the important parts biggrin ))
Raerin said, "Well I'm still not sure how--" He heard Jade scream and start running off and said "Someone stay here!" and ran after her. Four legs were capable of moving faster than two, so he had her in sight before long.

(( Excellent ^_^ was worried I might have missed something lol))
"Mommy! Daddy! Where are you?" called Jade desperately.
They had to be around here somewhere she thought. Her speed slowly picked up the more distraught she became thanks to her new cheetah abilities. She peeked down alleys as she passed by them not even noticing Azriel and Raerin chasing behind her. While she was looking down one alley she didn't notice the tipped over garbage can and hit it full speed giving a pain filled cry as she crashed to the ground sliding a bit from her previous momentum. She remained lying on the ground as she started to cry both from the pain of the fall and the want of her parents.
